Taco Bell — Restaurant in London

I placed a very large in-store take-away order for my family. Upon collecting the food, I asked for canned drinks (which were sat in a huge display fridge behind the counter). I got told they were for online delivery/collection orders only, in-store orders are cups filled from drinks-tap...

I pointed out I'm travelling with young children, a buggy, and bags of shopping, cups were simply inappropriate - so they offered a refund, so I could sit and place a new order via the website..

Great ethical policy they have - Wasting the the food that was already cooked and bagged up. Wasting the time of their staff, wasting the time of the customer.

Rubbish service, allergies not taken seriously and staff are rude. I could have cooked my food myself, taken it home and passed it by the time I got it. I was waiting an hour for a burrito, crunch wrap and 2 tacos. Like seriously? The guy who I told to remind the kitchen to take the sour cream out, was the one who made my food and HE STILL PUT IT IN!! Can you not see that it's serious when it comes to allergies.
