The Big Plate Cafe — Restaurant in London

Quite simply the rudest man to ever run a café.

When I walked in a guy was paying his bill for his family and the lady serving accidentally gave him £1.20 in change instead of 20p and he quickly came from the kitchen to confront her and the customer demanding the £1 difference back then before anyone could say anything started berating the lady.

I went to order a cheese and tomato roll and a cheese roll is advertised at £3 and so the girl asked how much would it be and he answered aggressively "charge him £3.50"

I'm not a Scrooge or expecting anything for free but seems 50p for a slice or 2 at most in a roll is a bit excessive for a bit of tomato and so I said don't worry about the tomato to which he starts shouting this and that.

I said to the lady not to worry as I wouldn't be purchasing anything due to his attitude and walked out as he flew out from behind the counter shouting at me as I left!

I have used this place many times in the past but today was the last time I'll ever go in this shop!
