Unfortunately what may be a lovely pub was misrepresented by the man behind the bar tonight. I came into the pub around 7pm, after losing my phone and being left stranded away from home in the cold after 2 hours. I asked the barman if I could have access to a phone to get help so I could get home, and he simply said 'No'. I said I understood but that could I borrow £1.50 so I could get a bus home - I live a bus ride away and could bring it back the next night. I was told no again. Everyone is welcome, including animals, and there is a great sense of community. Best pub in...

There was no food but we were told we could order pizza and have it delivered on site. We did have table service, which was nice. It's a bit unfair to rate this place based on a rainy Monday evening but on the night it was very dead and soulless...
