Intimidating and thuggish manager really ruined the evening. I booked the venue for a private party on Saturday night and whilst the venue was nice and the staff and service was amazing, I was approached by a manager at the end of the night who was angry that we did not meet the bar spend. He was threatening and aggressive and it was a very intimidating encounter. This was very unprofessional behaviour and not something that I would expect from a licensed and reputable premises. I had the mortadella with homemade pistachio cream, ricotta, rocket, and pistachio nuts – absolutely incredible! Every bite was perfectly balanced, and I honestly can’t wait to have another one. They also have delicious cocktails on offer, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

The customer service was outstanding – a huge thank you to Kerry and Karen for being so welcoming and attentive. They really made the experience special.
