POOR QUALITY, BAD SERVICE, LIAR SALES PEOPLE, I ordered my weddding furniture from them in the end of October i was told it will be here on the 15th December when actually it got delivered 5 days before my wedding all BROKEN. they first delivered a wardrobe to me that was mis described as to what i ordered. When i asked for a refund the manager Sandeep argued with me saying no thats the one i picked i clearly showed him the invoice were it states what i ordered he still said no. When i asked for an exchange he demanded more MONEY! On the day the wardrobe got delivered the glass broke its now been many weeks and they have not replaced. I ordered a mirror which they failed to deliver saying it wasnt apart of the order when it was clearly written on the invoice and now am still waiting on after many weeks. I ordered chest of drawers and bedside cabinet the handles are all coming off one by one. The cupboard is already broken. Bringing up all these issues with the Manager Sandeep he keeps saying we will sort it but they dont. They are LIARS and there so to quick to take the money. They make fake promises by showing you there catalogues. They put me through hell and back just 5 days before my wedding. Nobody deserves to go through what i went through with this company. Especially throughout your wedding. They dont deserve to stay open they should get shut down thats how bad they are. I gave them chances after chances to resolve but they helped me in no sort of way. Quality. These wardrobes are made in Germany and the quality is evident in both the exterior and interior finish as well as the smooth and solid sliding mechanism. It looks and feels like a quality item.

Customer service. This was old fashioned customer service at it’s best. • Pre –sale . I received lots of pre-sales information, PDF’s and advice before I made my purchase as my room was an unusual shape and I needed to be certain the wardrobe would fit • Installation. A professional fitting team arrived on the date and time they said they would. They carried out a complex assembly, figuring out how to work best around the nuances of my bedroom (it used to be an old barn hayloft , not many straight lines) • Post Sale. Bob, from Dream Furnishings kept in regular contact with me throughout my purchase. He phoned me after it was complete to ensure I was happy with it and to see whether I needed anything else. I did, I made another purchase for a number of accessories.

All in all, a great buying experience in terms of price, quality and service. I would not hesitate to recommend Dream furnishings. It’s nice when you get this combination of value and service in an increasingly online world where very often the actual goods you receive fall short of the online pictures. My wife and I have ordered a Wiemann seven-door wardrobe through Dream Furnishings who gave us a very competitive price for a brand-new item (including delivery and installation). Bob from Dream Furnishings was particularly helpful by clearly and succinctly explaining the whole process to follow after placing the order. As he explained, the wardrobe had to be first manufactured in Germany, shipped to the UK (cleared through Customs etc) and then sent to the fitters for delivery and installation.

The timeline outlined by Bob was remarkably accurate, with well-paced updates (mostly from Alysha), culminating with a timely phone call from the fitters (Walker Payne Logistics). The fitters arrived on an agreed date punctually and completed the installation very ably and very efficiently. After the fitting, they took away all the packaging and offered most useful advice about the wardrobe care.

An important aspect to appreciate about the whole operation is that Bob & Alysha are based in London but run a cost-efficient and reliable operation with a wide reach across the country. Indeed, my wife and I live in South Devon, the fitters operated from Somerset and the whole network worked very smoothly. Last, but not least, the communication with Dream Furnishings and Walker Payne Logistics was prompt, efficient and dependable.
