I was shopping around for a local, Newham-based conveyancing firm and after several hours, shortlisted 5 firms. By far, Hawkins Law was the most highly rated but I wanted to get a range of quotes regardless. I contacted all the firms on my shortlist, and within MINUTES, I received a quote from Hawkins Law for my query which was very competitive. Some of the firms I had contacted didn't even bother replying, even after I had chased. As they say, first impressions count, so based on the reviews and the speedy response to my quote query (as well as the very reasonable quote), I decided to go with Hawkins Law.

Having had offer-to-completion within 8 weeks (although the vendor's solicitor was also a factor in this - 'it takes two to tango' as they say), I could not have made a better choice. The team are incredibly hard working, responsive (via email and phone), humble, and down to earth. When it was not possible to undertake digital compliance checks via a website, they were happy to be flexible and allow an in-person compliance check.

The way that the firm operates is also worth highlighting - many conveyancing firms are run by people who know property, but not people who know business. The team at Hawkins Law live and breathe property, but also have business acumen, and the slick operationalisation of the business really does play a part in the overall experience of the most important transaction of your life (the speedy provision of quotes as an example).

Excellent solicitor services! I opted for Hawkins Law Ltd as my solicitors as I was very unhappy with a previous solicitor company that made me do a bulk of the leg work. I found Hawkins Law online after a few searches and read the Google Reviews.
