The Log Cabin — Restaurant in London

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the older guy! Big man throws big tantrum for no reason 🙄 My friend and I stopped here yesterday after our walk. We ordered a Breakfast Bap. The older guy said he didn’t know what it was (fair enough, it was the younger guy that had served it to us before) We told him what it was and he initially said we can’t have that. We respond that we’ve had it before, even though I couldn’t find it on the menu that day. We explained it was basically the English Breakfast and asked if he could substitute the toast with a baguette, he tells us how much extra it would cost us and we accept and he said he would do it. We go to sit and he brings out an English breakfast minus the toast and says he’ll be back. He comes back with toast and we try to explain again we wanted baguettes. He got very upset saying we said we didn’t want baguettes (which made no sense when we already agreed to the extra cost) and told us if we don’t want it then he can take it back and just immediately packed up the plates with the food and walks away leaving my friend and I honestly shocked at how he escalated what could’ve been a simple issue. He also did this front of other customers. It was truly a disgusting experience for my friend and I and we wouldn’t encourage anyone to visit. Don’t waste your money here, go spend it somewhere you’ll be respected as a customer...

Always use this place many times with no problems always get what I order unfortunately this occasion i was sent something completely different so re ordered on uber second delivery came and was completely different so asked driver to return it whilst he was returning that order I called the restaurant the person that answered said they had no order at all for me all night even though I placed 2 orders then went on to say they didn't understand the uber technology I didn't want to phone to complain just ask the right food was sent back which I didn't bother to do as I thought there would be no point the uber driver returned with a different variation of what was origanally sent all of which I didn't want to eat so 2 orders completely wasted but otherwise this place is always spot on and...

Open 24 hrs!

Food was fresh and service was swift and Pleasant. If your expecting a barista think again this is teabag or Instant Coffee (which was a breathe of fresh air). The tea was Good and the Sausage and egg Baguette was tasty and filling. Little on the pricey side for the takeaway Fry up in a box hence the Roll.

The Only seating available are 2 Bench Tables Beside the Cabin.

Closest toilets are in the hospital across the (Busy) road.

Large car park set back off the road for cars under 7ft (height restriction). Room for Vans etc in parking area before height...
