I tried this place several times so here is my honest review. The service is nice, although having random conversation in between them, looking at their phones to show pictures or videos to another employee, going on a laptop next to you while you eat is not the most professional behavior in my opinion, maybe that's just a personnal feeling. Nevertheless they are very polite and nice! One thing that is not great is that they were not able to give me the nutritional informations I needed such as the amout of calories as I have a restricted diet. So that is not so nice when people need to be careful for health reasons. The place itself has its charm even if the decoration of the room looks quite cheap and you don't really feel any identity/theme that the restaurant may have. I actually think that the place is a bit overpriced for what it is especially when you add the service on top of everything on the bill. On the delivery apps, they are overcharging everything. I get that it is to cover the money that the app might be taking from them on each order but 3£ is way too much, especially when the dish is already not cheap and that you have to pay the delivery fees and all. I don't think the price might be justified by the location as you can actually find cheaper or same priced places in the center of London (and still very good!). About the dishes, I do not recommend the Chicken Pesto Pizza, I couldn't finish it as it didn't have any taste really and felt quite heavy afterwards. The green day pizza is nice as the other ones in general. The polenta is nice as well. The truffle ravioli are nice as well even if I think that the portion you get is too small for the price (same thought for the other pasta dishes, not a great portion, my friend had to eat something else at home afterwards). I really like that the desserts are homemade (I think they are?), the chocolate mousse and tiramisu are really nice. The nutella cheesecake is nice though a bit too sweet. Sometimes if you order you might get a free item such as a dessert, a croissant or else (#zerofoodwaste). This is a great idea to avoid waste and to make us happy. Good pizza Bad service

Sincerely calling out to WHOEVER CREATED THESE PIZZAS, please consider a backup workplace. Whoever owns this place, please teach your staff respect, empathy, and timely communication. The market is competitive.

Pity for the imaginative and tasty pizza. Not worth coming here again. The grumpy service is really a minus. If I crave a pizza, I can enjoy equally good or better ones somewhere else in a more friendly and happier environment.

We put a large order for a sport party. People liked it. I personally got to try some of them. The four cheese one and the pear one and the ones with walnuts were particularly good.

However, do NOT put order through Deliveroo again. For our order of 17 pizzas, Deliveroo only sent 2 riders with 5 pizzas each. We had to pick the rest up by ourselves because Deliveroo failed to send additional riders and didn’t inform us. Nor did the restaurant attempt keep us updated— that is, when the first rider departed with only 5 pizzas (which means 2 assigned riders won’t be enough) and when the second rider allegedly completed the order with another batch of 5 pizzas. We were left with no tracking and had to call the restaurant to know what is going on.

In the end, I had to leave my party, miss the opportunity to try the arrived pizzas, and go to the restaurant to pick up the remaining 7 pizzas. They had no idea when more riders would be allocated.

The staff was NOT helpful— indifferent to be precise, and refused any gesture of compensation from their side.
