I went to buy a trainer 2 weeks ago and it was the worst shoping experience I’ve ever had. As a customer was leaving with a bag Saturday manager called James stoped the guy and accused him of stealing by saying he had 5 bags on shelves that morning and now one is missing. They guy explained that he bought the bag from the store on offer for £27 and said you can see I have a Tesco shoping inside and how did I bring in my Tesco shoping but the manager suggested he could have brought with a plastic bag. The bag was an old bag with dirt and scratches and you can clearly see it’s an old bag. But the manager ignored all the logic and fact checking by watching cctv and even pushed the guy around and took the bag from the guy and humiliated him before even checking CCTV. When cctv was checked and he realised he was wrong, instead of apologising to the customer he said take your f - -king bag and get out out of my shop. It was the most uncomfortable shoping experience. When customers were upset and asked him why he accused the man without checking facts and that he needs to apologise to the man he told the customers to leave his shop. We went in to purchase 2 footballs. As we were about to leave, we saw she charged us and extra £2 for one of the premier league balls. So we went to ask the lady-cashier why that was. Out of nowhere, the lady-cashier went crazy for no absolute reason telling me (is your dad ok) and overall insulting us. The mistake was the price tag was put on the wrong item. We asked for the manager but she said, (I’m the manager) even though she definitely wasn’t. Eventually the manger came and refunded us the money. Awful experience at Surrey Quays shopping center store - the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, specially the manager who didn’t even want to come out of the private room in the store to try to help me with my enquire.

I bought an item “X” day (it was a gift) unfortunately It didn’t fit the person. The staff at the store told I had 28 days for a refund. The next day when I went to the store and try to return the item they didn’t refund me at all, they push me to keep the item or have a coupon with the money ( which I don’t need because I won’t use it).
