In my opinion this café has the best coffee in the whole of the Sutton/Kingston area. The coffee is pricey, (£3-4) and you have to pay extra for incidentals like soy. But you get what you pay for, being an independent artisan coffee shop, they probably cannot afford to include soy! The staff are generally pleasant, and well mannered. Clearly chosen with care, unlike chain coffee shops, Starbucks, etc. The tables are clean, mess isn't tolerated, and the toilets are generally well maintained. They have a novel intercom system to let you know when your order is ready. A negative would be them not bringing your order to the table, 9/10 times. But we can't get everything! I would advise against working here, as it can get crowded at lunch time, as well as after 3:00pm. It is also noisy, due in no small part to an influx of mothers with prams. (The nemesis of hardcore coffee patrons everywhere) The WiFi is, usually, excellent! Koreans know the value of having fast Internet connections! There are occasional mishaps with the Internet service, but that's only due to Virgin! Hope that this recommendation serves you well, as they have...

Cups used are shallow, wide and thick-walled, so don't expect your beverage to remain hot for too long, though mine was well made and went down easily.
Tech shows its hand in this cafe with a table dongle that vibrates when your order has been fulfilled. The tables are quite small (for two) so if you are writing your next best seller err on the side of a smaller device.

That said, it doesn't feel like the kind of place I'd want to sit and while away some time. I can't really describe why, other than note that some places do just feel like a place where I'm inclined to relax and order another coffee and others feel like the kind of place where I'd rather catch up, drink up, and head out.
It's a nice place to catch up with someone, although can be hard to talk when they run ice cubes through their blender - that really...
