We booked the outside teepee/fireplace area for 30-40 people for an office party (leaving do). When we arrived, bouncer sent us to the other entrance. At the back entrance, the second bouncer sent us back because he wasn't sure where we had to go. So we went back to the first one, who, this time, walked us to make sure we were going to the right place. When arrived (10 mins after out booking), our area had some tables still dirty with lots of glasses/plates and on the other side some other customers who didnt really want to leave the area. QR codes on the table, we started scanning to order: no menu available. The only way for us to order was to get out from the area, leave through the back entrance, get on the street and get inside from the main door. Same to get back to the party. Just not doable. And I personally was not expecting a great night. On top of that, we wanted to use the TV to play some music from our laptop but TV was broken, we weren't really shown where we could plug the laptop, there was no sound and no remote anywhere. Just terribile and disorganised.

THEN TALIA CAME

She honestly put 300% of her energy into our booking and she completely change our night. With block notes, pen, menu and card machine, she was taking our drink and food order with payment ONE BY ONE, getting back inside to make drinks and bring them back to the right people too. Unbelievable. SHE ALSO BROUGHT US THE REMOTE AND THATS WHEN THE PARTY STARTED! She kept checking on us even after, when she was required to stay on the bar to keep serving drinks for everyone in the venue. Honestly without her, we would have not enjoyed our time, AND SHE WAS SO OVERWHELMED WITH ORDERS!

If I could rate Talia and the venue with two different ratings, I would give Talia 6 out of 5 stars and the venue probably 2 out of 5: the manager didn't check on our booking not even once, the area was not set up for 30 people to come in when we arrived, no one proactively found solutions for our problem in advance (we would have spent waaaaaaay more money if ordering would have been faster, especially in the first hour, probably 1-2 more rounds each), bouncer was not sure where we had to go and I have also waited an hour for 2 burgers and 1 portion of fries because they were brought to the wrong people (maybe when taking orders at the bar for food outside, ask for table number or a name?).

So thank you Talia for your exceptional customer service, you made my experience at your venue 10...

Been going to The Regent for a while now and its definitely one of my favourite pubs in London.

The staff are always so lovely and friendly. I always get greeted with a warm smile and greeting from the manager when I'm there, which is pretty rare these days and just sets the tone for the whole visit.

The cocktails? Honestly, amazing. Properly made, loads of variety, and some I’ve never spotted anywhere else — so if you’re there for happy hour, definitely worth a try, would highly recommend!

Haven’t worked my way through the whole food menu yet, but the veggie pizza was a solid 4/5 and they’ve got plenty of tasty nibbles if you just want to snack with your drinks.

They do show the big sports matches (not always my cup of tea) but somehow it still always feels like a great atmosphere — more fun than frantic.

All in all, it’s just a lovely pub: great vibes, amazing cocktails, and the kind of place you’re happy to keep...

I booked the private party room without even seeing it (not always a good idea) but we were all very impressed. The room was absolutely perfect for my brothers 50th. Space to dance, air conditioning (needed when you dancing or singing karaoke badly) and comfortable chairs and tables around the sides. We didn’t Pre-order food but the staff were happy to accommodate anyone who wanted some and the people who did were very happy with their selection it was very tasty. The staff from the moment we walked in were friendly and nothing was too much trouble and the manager was amazing and helpful. We had our own bar person for a small extra charge and it was well worth it (Daniel I hope I remembered that right) was fantastic and so friendly he really topped the night off for us. We will definitely be booking again. Thank you to you all a brilliant...

Came here for the pub quiz on Thursdays. Booked a table for 7.30pm, quiz started at 8pm and it was fully booked so definitely be sure to book in advance. There is a contribution of £3 per person for the quiz. The quizmaster was good but the quiz was very long. It didn't end til about 10.15pm and I do think it can be somewhat refined. There was a good variety of topics but surprisingly, across 5 or 6 rounds, not one question about sport. The food was so good. The chicken milanese was average and I would definitely recommend they serve it with spaghetti instead of roast potatoes and salad as it was very dry. The margherita pizza however was great- better than some pizza I've had in Italy!

This place is definitely a 10/10. Not sure about any other night but the Thursday pub quiz night was the most fun I've had in a long time whilst drinking cocktails and eating great pizza! The host was a great choice. He brought the right level of energy and excitement whilst allowing for anticipation. I had the pizza which was lovely. Real Italian pizza. And the cocktails were two for £12 until 8pm. I will definitely be back. We had a great time.
