I invited my family to this restaurant. We will never go back again. We were the only table in the restaurant yet this elder female server was too moody to bare with. We ordered more than plenty food for 3 of us and 2 bottles of beer each and she was laughing how small our order was, not particularly suggesting anything. When my husband asked if we can take our food in case we couldn’t finish she walked away while she was saying “ there won’t be any food left”. In the end we literally had too much food and asked for the take away, which she charged us for the paper carrier bag and 2 aluminum containers for. We ( our family) even quietly discussed if we did anything rude or wrong that she doesn’t like, which we really couldn’t thing of anything. I think it is very unprofessional and seriously guilty to let the customers feel this way. My expectation and experience is totally ruined by this server. We were saying “ never mind as it’s not our problem” as we were leaving this restaurant. Spent £100...
Read moreAvoid this place like the plague. Horrendous customer service. My family have been coming here for over 20 years. I opened my food and saw i had no beansprouts, no herbs, or chilli -the usual ingredients for a Bun Hue. I called, and received the most angriest customer service I've ever experienced. The woman shouted throughout and wouldn't let me speak, she refused to listen to me and shrieked like a banshee. She also refused to give me her name when I asked her atleast 10 times and she then put the phone on the side without hanging up for at least 5 minutes. I will be telling my large group of friends and family to stop attending this establishment. There is a group of over 30 or so people I know that use this restaurant for birthdays and other celebrations who will no longer be attending. I will be coming back to collect my refund promptly....

We did of course also try the pho, and went with the Ha Noi version with flash fried beef. It had a wonderfully fragrant broth, and was immensely satisfying.
Friendly staff, welcoming ambience and fantastic, authentic food at reasonable prices - what more could you ask for? It also has a very interesting cocktail menu, which unfortunately we didn't try as we were there too early in the evening, but definitely earmarked for a return visit in the...
