The Rose & Crown — Restaurant in London

Never been in the Rose and Crown before but I heard it has been revamped and new management? Very tidy. Just opened after lifted covid restrictions. Staff putting in place hand sanitizer at all enterances and social distancing measures such as one way system no standing at the bar once drinks were ordered and notices to remind customers to wash hands etc. Staff friendly. Can always have a good drink there, admittedly the owner could act quicker on things for improvement but it’s not a bad pub and gradually it is improving, couple of new girls behind the bar, who are nice, decent banter and are quick, decent tunes, and multiple sky channels for sport, massive garden for hot days and front seated area if gardens been hired, there is room for little improvements but on the whole the pub ain’t bad and...

Absolutely terrible, barman made 3 attempts to pour a pint of John Smith's, first 2 were like ice cream, third one was flat. No cans or bottles of coke, only the rubbish out of a tap. Only 1 flavour of crisps, beef. Barman also made 2 phonecalls while serving me (I was the only person in the pub at 1:30 in the afternoon) as he didn't appear to have ever worked in a pub before, seemed to be asking someone on the phone...
