Booked a table for 5 to come and watch the champions league final here. Saw the reviews on Google were good and seems like a popular destination, so decided to go here for the game. Booking had to be secured with a £50 deposit that would be deducted from our final bill. This table was meant to be from 8pm - 11pm so would have comfortably covered the time of the game. Upon arrival we were greeted rudely by a lady who told us that our booking in fact was only until 10pm and that there was a minimum spend of £25 person. Now on a normal night out in London you would definitely expect to spend £25 each but the fact this is not explicitly stated on the business’ website is very misleading. As we traveled quite a way to get there and I am a big Chelsea fan we decided to just go ahead with it as we were desperate at this point and would miss the game otherwise. We were then informed that if we stayed past 10pm the minimum per head was DOUBLED to £50?! Now if this is explicitly stated on the website at time of booking this isn’t a problem, but this is very poor from the business as they are trying to trap you in. To top it all off once we sat down (already frustrated) another member of staff tries to make us pay BEFORE we receive any food or drinks. And to really take it to the mountain top they said cash only! Can you imagine in 2021. They have a cash machine indoors which obviously ain’t free so probably trying to make extra coin off that. 2 other tables next to us heard of our disdain and actually confirmed that they done the same to them! I don’t know about everyone else that’s giving this place good reviews but I’m actually so disappointed with the conduct of the business and I can tell it wasn’t the staff on the night, this is definitely the policy from the owners. It’s misleading and very scummy - I suggest people do NOT support this place! Just because lockdown is ending and the sun is coming out we shouldn’t be too desperate for enjoyment. They tried to take the mickey and we we weren’t having any of it ! No problem with a minimum spend, we were always gonna spend that amount anyway but to just drop it on people upon arrival and then all the cash only malarkey really ruined my night when my team won the champions league final! Will be warning everyone away. Not the type to write negative reviews but they can’t get away with this; it’s very dishonest. The actual set up is pretty nice, screens and decent enough menu of food and drinks. The conduct of this business however ruins any positive element...

A long post TL;DR : a lovely place with great ambience. 5 stars all the way.

Visited this place 2 months before and then again on 18/01/2020. The first left a rather burnt taste(no pun intended) in my mouth. Apparently the servers are/were on training as I ordered a G&T & some light meal. I received my Gin but the tonic was nowhere to be seen, had to ask thrice to 3 different servers for the tonic and as they say 3rd time's the charm. That's a small thing that can be looked upon.

The 2nd visit was on 18/01/2020, I'd reserved a table for 2 by texting the official insta page which was quickly followed by a callback from one of the employee named Shreeni(sorry if I butchered your name). I'm at the venue with one other friend of mine, it was her first time at this place and she loved every second of it.

Coming to the ambience, it's one of the most cosiest shisha places I've visited, the seating, the tables. A bit cramped yes but there's nothing a little pushing and shoving can't accomplish 😂😂. The food out here is something to die for, I'd ordered the famed Kalamari which I'd rate 4/5 for the taste, losing 1 point for the breading as it didn't stick to the squids. There were breaded chunks falling off (a minor thing) the squids but the breading was tasty nonetheless. Second was the chicken burger which was heavenly. The presentation of both the dishes was commendable. The hummus could be made by the Gods, it was a perfect blend of spices and chickpea paste which was tantalising yet filling.

Moving on to the most important part: Shisha: my previous visit I'd ordered the IRN BRU flavour as it was recommended by one of the servers, accolades to him for doing that, it was amazing with all the flavours coming together to form a perfect combination of Irn Bru and smoke. On this visit I ordered a frozen blueberry and a slight hint of mint which was better than the competition. The sweetness combined with the right amount of mint and the ice cold water base was smoking hot(no pun intended). The shisha is smooth without being harsh and has an amazing thick blanket of white smoke with amazing pull.

The prices are on par with the other establishments around London but this place provides with that extra oomph factor for a better bang for your buck. The service was top notch with constant changing of the coal.

Five stars all the way. Please open up a branch in Hounslow, we'll be your regulars as opposed to visiting you...

Zero customer service and incomptent staff i was there with my guest and after 1:35 min was told that you have 5 min to leave the table coz there is more people waiting outside and no one told us before sitting there then the manager came and said if you spend 100£ more i will let you sit i said ok and placed order but it never came after 30 min they said yes your order is comming but my guest left because of the awkardness and i requested them this is not the way to disrespect some one they said ok wait your order is comming but you have to leave after 40 min i said i will leave in 30 min but plz serve me what i ordered then the lady came and request you have to share table with someone else we said np but where is our order later we went to complain to the manager but he was ignoring us and got scared that we will fight and called security i asked him politely we dont want to fight we just want to complain if you want us to leave just say directly why wasting our time that your order is comming later i stoped the manger and was complain about my experience he said if you want to sit you have to spend 100£ each person i said am fine with it but the man was running away and ignoring us so in simple words never take respected guest to such a scum place run by these people who dont even have basic ethics of hospitality if you want to feel humuliated and disrespectful inforont of your guest go ahead and there service was appauling and the staff was mean to us the food was ok but there refusal of serving us and pushing us to verge of confortation left us feeling victimise, they wrongly accoused ys of overstaying as they wanted to overcharge us for our stay however despite there greed they were hellbent on removing us we were completely fine...
