Top Chef Cafe — Restaurant in London

Ordered on just eat 3 coffees and a cheeseburger for my autistic son but the burger was not in there so I rang the cafe who assured me they had put the burger in but I said well I need to come and collect a burger as my sons autism was kicking in and all because he never got his burger.I went to the cafe and as soon as I got in there the chef came upto my face being rude aggressive and threatening saying he wasn’t giving me a burger I explained that’s ok as I won’t ever be back to this cafe all the while he’s shouting in my face I even offered to pay for another one but he said I don’t want your money in the end he gave me my sons burger so all the shouting and rudeness was unnecessary and I will never go back to that cafe.I have been going there for 10 years but now they have lost a valuable customer over a...

In Eltham there are 3 more than decent breakfast service spots and have to say out loud this one is one of them. Always welcoming with a smile (sometimes that's what kickstarts your day) always on the same level sometimes with a nice twist. My fav dish is healthy breakfast (since I'm not British, EB more than once a week would kill me) which contains tasty smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and seared mushrooms with grilled tomato. I stopped here recently but it was so busy I couldn't get a seat so got a takeaway tea and thought I'd better come back and try it if it's that busy.

I came back today and thankfully it was a lot quieter (guessing the school holidays) and had a lovely cooked breakfast.

The staff were all very friendly and seemed to know everyone by name who came in which is nice as they obviously like the cafe enough to be that regular.
