::Complain:: Shame on Till Operator
Dear Owner, Today we (a family) went to your restaurant at 8:30pm for eating hot wings.
Three tables of your was occupied and the other one vacant but dirty. I requested to your Till Operator (who is from Sialkot, Pakistan) to send someone to clean the table because the table was really very dirty. He gave me some tissues & said me to clean myself. I politely said him that I didn’t do that. So, why you ask me to clean the table myself? It’s done my your last customer. He said it’s self service, so you clean that table yourself. One of your other staff (who is also from Pakistan) said me sorry for your Till Operator’s misbehave and cleaned the table properly. After that we started eating and in the meantime I went to your till again and said you shouldn't talk with customers like that. Your Till Operator misbehaved me again and said "Keya mey mera shirt utarke table clean kar du?" "Should I clean the table by my shirt?" I was totally surprised & shocked. How can "Till Operator of Top Favourite Restaurant" misbehaved with your customers only for gently asking to clean the dirty table? Today we (me, my wife & my sister) went to your restaurant only for enjoying our favourite food. But we faced misbehavior from restaurant till operator.

Read moreI came in had a look through the menu and placed an order. Saw a meal that looked good so ordered it and they tried giving me something different to the meal. According to them the picture was a printing mistake and they tried charging me extra and I refused but they weren’t having it. Both I and the 4 employees had a meltdown arguing over nonsense. At the end of the day don’t advertise something and then charge someone extra for your error.If you’re going to have pictures on your menu make sure they’re correct because what you’re doing is false advertisement and could be fined by the CMA and face legal action if someone was really that bothered. Next time accept the mistake and don’t try act like you’re gonna get physical just because there a group of you. Disgusting customer service( and yes I did swear in Punjabi and English but you’re employees also swore at me in English it’s not my fault the Punjabi swear word offended them and they thought the f word isn’t offensive. I don't think they expected me to come but I did. Started shouting at me and didn't tell me who their supplier was.
