ITALIAN PIZZA & CAFE — Restaurant in London

End of week friends' meetup and we decided to choose the new wood fired pizzeria 🍕 that opened about a month ago at the end of Green Street in Barking Rd.

We chose the meat feast. Naturally we diners compare the experience to other pizza places and the pizza available on offer. Like the other reviews on Google, the pizza was good, flavoursome and tasty. We did find it a little oily and cheese filled, little on the meat for the 15", probably due to the size meat that appeared less dense than other pizzeria meat feast we have had in the past.

The service was professional and friendly. One aspect we liked was the speed it was made - unlike any other pizzeria. The chef knows how to banter with our friend anyway if you're into talking the native tongue.

We had coffee expertly made by the host and friendly barista RKG.

All in all a very pleasant experience and I would return and suggest to others to take the palate plunge for an authentic Italian...

Worst pizza of my life

I've just never tasted pizza so disgusting, flavourless. This is insult to Italian pizza, I ordered a 15inc pizza with 4 topping this guy in the shop was over charging me for the pizza, I asked him to check the menu before I make the payment then he felt embarrassed he has over charging me very unprofessional, They sell cheap cheese which had no flavour, nor did the the 4 topping, I asked for Tandoori chicken but I guess they forgot to add tandoori chicken in my pizza, The base was the only redeeming feature. I don't understand how you could get something so wrong. Maybe it was a takeaway so they compromised quality, but I doubt it as they use the same ingredients. Don't go here or double check the price before ordering don’t get overcharged, Look around for other options.

I am always amazed by the taste, service and prices at this place. The store owner, chef and other staff make sure to personally tend to me, speak with me like a friend and even drop in a free drink/chips every time. I've been to many pizza places, but never one like this. The variety of options and taste is unmatched. I love the fact that me and my friend can order half-and-half veg and nonveg in one pizza.

They've created a homely place, that will forever live in my heart for I haven't been to any other restaurant in London that has the same level of hospitality and humility. I remember the first time I visited, the owner said their priority isn't to create a profitable business but to earn blessings, and surely they have mine....
