BoBAR Bubble Tea - East Ham — Restaurant in London

I’ve ordered from this place many times. To say their service is terrible would be an understatement. Their drinks are decent but I don’t understand why you can’t choose what you can and can’t get in a drink? Management seriously need to reconsider their rulings. I ordered a biscoff white chocolate drink with tapioca, the tapioca was hard and this led to my little sister choking on the drink. Then, I told the staff what had happened and ordered another drink and asked for no tapioca and they told me this wasn’t possible? I emailed them regarding this and received no response. Any time you ask for white chocolate it’s always never available. Today I ordered two drinks while on a time crunch with my friend and they said it would take them 10 minutes before they could take our order and then another 10 to actually make the order when there were three girls in the shop ? There have also been times when I’ve gone to the shop at 12pm opening time and they tell me To wait 30 mins for them to make the tapioca… change your opening time then and don’t waste...

THIS PLACE IS SO AMAZING!I HAVE NO IDEA WHY PEOPLE AREN'T GOING THERE BUT THEY HAVE TO!!! I got Brown sugar milk with tapioca balls today and it was FANTASTIC!!! I dunno how to describe it like the texture inside your mouth, the sweetness, the flavour, everything about it was so FREAKIN AMAZING!!🤩🤩 I AM SO COMING BACK HERE!!! The lady was so nice, she was kinda like a teacher in my opinion, the way she spoke, like she knew what she was doing, she had confidence, I LOVE HER 😍!!! It was her first time as well and she got cracking as soon as I told her my order.WONDERFUL! What a load of nonsense! Giving Bobar brand a bad name!! I usually buy from Roman road or Hackney road branch and never had to complain.

The girl that made my drink did not seal it properly, as I gave one shake (they advice you to shake well) top half of my drink spilt all over me and my brand new creps. Now that's not even the sad bit. She resealed as I was cleaning myself off. What she failed to do is give me more topping. Instead later on as I drove off took a sip of my drink it's wad pure milk. I paid almost £7 for Oat Milk? Are you mad!
