I ordered a pizza from here today. It took 2 hours to arrive. After waiting 40 minutes initially I was informed that the pizza would be here in 20 minutes. After another 40 minutes I phoned up to ask what was going on and was informed that it would be 10-15 minutes. After waiting 15 minutes more I called back and said I wanted to cancel the order. The guy on the phone was quite argumentative told m they had had issues getting it ready (which was omitted when they first told me it would take 20 minutes longer) and actually hung up on me. I waited 5 more minutes and as I called back the pizza arrived. I called back because I wanted a refund and they made promises of a free pizza the next time I ordered, despite them having made this promise before and never recieving one.
I don't usually write reviews but this isn't the first time I have had an issue in recent months. The quality has also gone downhill as my deep pan pizza actually ended up half deep pan and half thin base. Almost every single time we order it takes over an hour and we have to call to check on the order, always told "it's on its way" which it never is! The last few times they have got the order completely wrong and had to call and have it totally remade, which is frustrating waiting for an extra 40 mins on top of the hour and a half you've already waited. Last week I found a grey hair in my pizza, none of us are grey so just stopped eating it and put it down to "accidents happen" but today my daughter found 4 or 5 grey hairs in hers and I found a clump in mine, which was totally disgusting!
