Tortilla Kings Cross — Restaurant in London

If you come here avoid a lady named KARTAVI at all costs she is very rude and has no customer service at all.

KARTAVI was constantly huffing and puffing and giving me dirty looks while serving me. I asked for a little more guacamole as it’s £1.30 extra and she had only given me half a scoop at first, she then looked at me and scooped up not even a pea sized of quac and then rudely asked me if that’s enough. I assumed she was having a bad day and didn’t want to make a fuss and just carried on with my order.

At the end of my order I was trying to log into my UNiDAYS because I’m a student and would like to save as much money as I can. It was taking me while as the signal in King’s Cross tortilla can be quite bad and she told me to hurry up I felt very pressured and uncomfortable so I just paid without using the discount. I offered to show her my id card as I had it with me but she said no.

I went to sit outside with my little brother to eat and as I went back in to get some napkins and sauce, KARTAVI was turnt around telling her colleagues and I quote “that blonde girl is so broke she held up the line because she really wanted a discount silly girl it didn’t work anyways” her colleagues didn’t reply to her i had walked in and heard the whole thing I just smiled because I have had a very rough day and didn’t want any confrontation.

My little brother who autistic kept making noises and she went as far as saying “can he stop” this made him feel very uncomfortable to the point that when we went outside he refused to eat wich has caused me so much more stress because he needs to eat before he is taken back to my parents wich did not happen and left me with a lot of issues.

I have been left feeling very unhappy and sad that tortilla would hire incompetent employees with absolutely no customer service.

I just came here and got tres tacos. There was no guacamole left and no avocados to make any more bc they were really busy today and guacamole is very popular. I had a tiny strop about (sorry but I love guacamole my tacos) but I got served by Rhiddi and she was really kind and tried her best to see if there was anything else and she was really sweet and I am sorry to Rhiddi if I was being annoying and you were lovely and really made me laugh at the end of the transaction when you asked me if I wanted to claim my free guacamole from the app rewards. It was so funny and stopped it from being awkward. I will laugh about this for ages. Lovely, lovely staff, especially Rhiddi and the manager was nice and explained there were no avocados to make me fresh guac but if there was they would have. Best Tortilla visit I have had for customer service. Thank you.

Hi, I had already 3 stamps on my loyalty card. I went to Kings Cross shop today around 4.15pm after receiving an email yesterday saying that I can get 6th burrito free after 5 stamps. I bought 2 items today and paid separately to have 5 stamps and one staff said I can get the 3rd item free, so he tried something in the till but he struggled to sort this and called another staff to help him. The other staff said I will get 8th free after 7 stamps and he charged for the 3rd item. And he asked to scan my QR loyalty card. So, I paid for 3 items separately but when I checked my loyalty card I lost the existing stamps as well. In summary, I had already 3 stamps, I bought 3 items separately today to gain another 2 stamps and get a free item after 5s tamps, but eventually I paid for 3 items which I bought today and lost 3 existing stamps.
