A Shocking Discovery and Unacceptable Management Response I am writing this review to issue a severe warning to any potential customers. My experience here was profoundly disturbing and reflects a critical failure in food safety and customer care that should result in immediate action. I witnessed a serious pest control and hygiene failure in the fresh bakery section, specifically around the cheese flatbreads/pizzas on display. The attached video evidence shows small insects/pests actively crawling on the wooden shelving and ledges directly adjacent to the unwrapped food products. This is not just unsanitary; it is a serious contamination risk and a fundamental breach of food safety standards. The most shocking part of this incident was the follow-up. I immediately called management and spoke to Miss Gurjinder Kaura (Deputy Store Manager) and Modasar Chohan (Store Line Manager). I showed them the evidence of the pests crawling near the food, expecting immediate concern and resolution. Instead, both managers smiled and dismissed the issue, stating that this was "normal." For senior store managers to declare active pests near exposed food items as "normal" is entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer health and hygiene protocols. Their dismissive and unprofessional reaction, including smiling while addressing a serious health hazard, suggests a deeply concerning culture of indifference toward food safety standards within this branch. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing any perishable or exposed food items from this location. Today I had a discount I wanted to redeem on the shop and I was at the checkout trying to redeem the 25% discount voucher and I asked one of the workers to help me as the cod was not working to be scanned. The lady( I don t know her name), was very kind to help me, she has tried many times to scan the cod the did not go through, where she called her colleague (Denisa) to help me. The employee Denisa, came and before she reach the counter the other worker explained her the guest has a voucher and is not working to be scanned, she then came to me and told me,,what voucher” (she seemed very bothered that her colleagues had called her),after showing the voucher she then reply, you have to go to Main Street to redeem the voucher cause this is a franchise- with an attitude that she is tired to explain me.
I understand that is morning and you don t feel like you want to be bothered but this is a part of your job and you need to be responsible for that.
You could have use the same words but with different attitude I wouldn’t have any complaints. The star is for her and not for the shop

After making my selection, went to the checkout counter only to be told by the staff that the dessert was not in meal deal. Why? It was placed in that section in the first place.
To add insult to injury, pasta pots on meal deal do not have forks next to the section but they are actually conveniently hidden near the checkout area? Are you really offering customers a "FREE treasure hunt" opportunity?
