Totlins — Restaurant in London

I have ordered from this place twice. And on both occasions they have gotten my order wrong and refused to do anything about it. I then called them both times and the guy on the phone with very poor customer service tells me there is nothing he can do about it. This has happened twice. So I will no longer be placing any orders. These people would rather take your money than satisfy their customers. It’s really poor. The lady then said she will deliver the order personally then 20 mins later leaves a message on my phone saying her car has broken down and she can’t deliver my order....

This cafe/ Restaurant was recommended by a friend. I came all the way from Coventry to try it out. Its Caribbean with a twist of Europe. I Had a meal there on Saturday with a group of family and friends. We all ordered different dishes and tasted each others. I enjoyed the belly pork it was tender the spices gave it a slight kick. Trenndy family fun cafe Amazing breakfast menu. If you like a traditional English fry up, then this is this place to go. However if your looking for something diffrent- there is lots to choose from. A variety of drinks and the coffee was amazing.... Friendly staff who's customer service was spot on! It's hard to find staff willing to go above and beyond to meet your needs.
