Tropical spice — Restaurant in London

Coleslaw and dumplins were missing, when I rang the restaurant the manager Chloe was rude and said dumplins they ran out (what carribean runs out of dumplins? And why was I not called and informed so I can order something else like every other restaurant does?) And I was told the coleslaw was attached to the bag but I had only received one bag, she said to raise it with just eats but the coleslaw she will be proving to them that the Coleslaw left the store on cctv. Rice hasn't been put in a separate container they put rice at the bottom then the jerk chicken and sauce has been put on the rice same with the peppered stake. Extremely rude manager. Very unhappy customer won't be ordering from them again.

In response to your very inaccurate comments, there was no abuse or threat made? If you have cctv you would know this, you say that you are unable to ring but every other restaurant does, and so do the drivers when they are outside? There was no bag attached, do you have cctv for the driver? At no stage was I offered another coleslaw, the member of staff I spoke to was rude and told me to request the refund through just eats and that she will be disputing this as she can see on cctv that it has left the shop..if you have cctv you would have heard this? Never have we ever left a plate of carribean food this was by far the worst we couldn't even eat it,it made us feel sick and we had to throw it away. The rice was soaked. Jerk chicken was pink inside and tasted like gone off roast chicken. Pepper stake came like stew beef. The mac and cheese was pasta tubes not macaroni and didn't taste nice at all The salt fish fritter was rock solid like a brick. If I could then I would of given this restaurant no stars, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest (which this restaurant aint deserving of!) Anyway I ordered jerk chicken rice & peas & firstly straight away I noticed that the chicken looked extremely dry & after taking a bite I realized that the food was definitely not fresh & I ended up getting a really bad stomach & so I will never be ordering from here again.. It's by far the worse ever Caribbean that I've ever had.. Avoid at all cost..!!! Disappointed 🤮

It was yesterday & as for the receipt.. you did not provide me with one.. also instead of always having answers or "excuses" all the time for your customer complaints.. why not rectify the mistakes & actually try & improve your quality of food & customer service.. then maybe just maybe you might get better customer reviews..!! Appalling customer service- when I called up to explain the food wasn’t good I was treated badly on the phone and told it was fresh and there has been no other complaints that day, and wasn’t taken at my word, and simply put accused of lying. No apology even when I explained that’s all I wanted as I couldn’t get a refund directly from the restaurant as we ordered online. It was a large curry goat and rice and peas and not only was the rice inedible, the goat curry was very salty thus also inedible. Never has rice and kidney beans been so dry and hard!
