I recently had the misfortune of encountering a staff member at TSQ Club who displayed an appalling level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. It is disheartening to see such behavior in a customer service-oriented industry, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others.
From the moment I entered the establishment, it was evident that this particular staff member had no interest in providing even the most basic level of courtesy. Their dismissive attitude and lack of willingness to assist customers was evident. When I approached them with a simple inquiry, their response was laced with condescension and a complete lack of respect.
Not only did this staff member fail to address my concerns adequately, but they also went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. Their tone of voice was offensive and their body language conveyed a clear sense of annoyance. It seemed as though any request made to them was a tremendous inconvenience.
What struck me the most was their complete disregard for basic etiquette and professionalism. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue or provide any form of assistance, they resorted to sarcastic remarks and snide comments. It was abundantly clear that this staff member lacked the necessary skills to handle customer interactions with respect and dignity.
Moreover, their behavior was not isolated to my encounter alone. I witnessed them treating other customers in a similarly disdainful manner. It was disheartening to see fellow patrons being subjected to such unprofessionalism and disrespect. The impact of encountering a rude staff member cannot be overstated. It tarnishes the reputation of the establishment as a whole and leaves a lasting negative impression on customers. As a result of this they lost out on £400 worth of entry tickets and drinks. The management at TSQ Club should take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that their staff members receive the necessary training to provide a welcoming and respectful environment for all customers.
In conclusion, my experience with this particular staff member at TSQ Club was truly disheartening. Their rude and unprofessional behavior not only overshadowed any positive aspects of the establishment but also made it abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious and consider whether they are willing to endure such disrespectful treatment before choosing to visit this...
Read moreDEFINITELY THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN LONDON IF NOT THE ENTIRE UK. If I could put minus stars I would. £20 to get in this 'club' with no drink and barely any people, only to find yourself paying another £15 for each drink and after being in the place for less than 15 minutes somebody had stolen ALL our stuff, including passports, credit cards, personal valuables which would unable us to leave the country and after searching the WHOLE place and making a big fuss, calling the police, to CONSEQUENTLY see a member of the staff handing our stuff in the cloak room and in order to get them back they were asking us to pay for each item, which we obviously refused. Loads of excuses and attitude with no apology as to why our stuff where 'taken'. They destroyed our night and the worst part was that the actual staff where the ones responsible and when we first asked to help us find our stuff, whilst being in a panic they were rude and blamed us for LOSING THEM and provided us with NO HELP, when THEY, THE STAFF OF THE CLUB had stolen them. WHAT A TRAUMATIC NIGHT AT THIS...
Read moreWorst club I have been to in London. I went with a group with pre-purchased tickets (which were incredibly expensive, in the 40 pounds range with NO drinks or wardrobe included), and yet we had to wait in line for 2 hours. People with no pre-purchased tickets were let in before us and they paid 30 pounds (when presumably we had purchased early bird at an advantageous price). Once we finally managed to get in the reception staff was rude and let the stress get to them, and they started screaming at us for no reason. Despite this horrible first impression, we went inside and were surprised to find how expensive (even for London!) the drinks were. The music was also below expectations - we ended up leaving after 30 minutes. Definitely won't be coming back and I suggest nobody wastes their time or money...
