TW2 Pizza — Restaurant in London

Ordered on Just Eat at 11pm and delivery was at 11.50pm I honestly think that they prepared the pizza and garlic bread and chicken wings just after 11pm and left it on the side until the delivery driver picked it up, we are literally 7 minutes away from the store by car so had the pizza etc been cooked nearer the time of being delivered then the food would of still been hot or at least warm but everything was stone cold I paid for extra cheese and it is blatantly clear that they didn’t add any extra cheese whatsoever, the pizza was so dry and I don’t think they even put any sauce on the base either, it was bone dry and stone cold The garlic bread was also stone cold and soggy, clearly had been cooked earlier and left to sweat in the bag Chicken wings were also stone cold This is highly unacceptable, people pay good money to you and we should expect a good standard of service and food which TW2 pizza clearly didn’t deliver And please, don’t you dare come back to me with a comment calling me a liar like you have done previously with someone else because I am always honest with my reviews Don’t know why I am unable to share a picture of the bone dry pizza and soggy garlic bread as evidence, google needs to make it possible to share a photo

In response to your comment to me on Just Eat On Just Eat if you give 1 star they don’t usually post the review so hence the 1 star on here and 2 on Just Eat, either way they are low so shouldn’t really matter If you read my comment on here correctly you will notice that I said that it appears that once you received my order that you prepared my order ( lets just say 11.05 maybe 11.10pm ) and that my order was probably cooked and then just left on the side until the delivery driver picked it up ( I am well aware that you yourselves deliver and not Just Eat but is it possible that your delivery driver had been out on another delivery or your driver delivered 2 orders with the other person’s pizza delivered before mine? ) As stated, I am literally 7 minutes by car from where you are to where I am and in no way would our food of been as so cold as it was had it of been delivered to us straight after it was cooked, so therefore was it prepared well in advance and left sitting before being delivered or did your delivery driver do 2 drops, 1 to someone else before me? I am well aware that it takes time to cook the food as most pizza delivery places usually state a waiting time of 45 minutes So I am not contradicting the situation at all I do have a photo of the pizza you sent me and it clearly shows that there was no sauce on the base and no extra cheese that I actually paid for but as google won’t allow me to share the photo and Just Eat doesn’t allow photos then I am not sure how to prove it to you I will call your restaurant when it opens and explain it to you again just in case you do...

Horrible food, taste and look very bad, prices acceptable but delivery over 1h. I had to call and ask what is going on with my order. When arrived I was extremely disappointed. Me and my wife couldn't eat anything. Large fish and chips. Portion is not large. Chips from frozen and overcooked. Fish was not even fish but part of fish and the rest to 'large' size only crust (with no sign of fish). As well almost cold food. Large lamb doner with mixed salad an sauces. Doner came in delivering box where they added slices of lamb meat (good amount) but all sauces where mixed together with the meat and made almost like a soup. We asked for chili sauce but was extremely hot (let's say it's subjective this). Salad nonexistent. Because of too much sauce you will need to be prepared for mess all around.

My experience for the first and the last time with TW2 Pizza Delivery very bad, unsatisfied from appearance of the food, taste, temperature and delivery.

I had to write this review because i was honestly surprised by the service from TW2 Pizza. I ordered two pizzas on Uber Eats in the early morning one veg n one chicken. But I ended up getting two chicken pizzas instead.

I called the shop right away n they said it was closing time n no driver was available. I understood and didn’t expect anything more. But then around 3am a guy named Mahmood 38+ wearing a tw2 pizza t-shirt showed up at my door with the veg pizza. He came in his own car just to fix the order n apologized for the mix-up.

Later I realized the mistake was actually mine, i had accidentally ordered two chicken pizzas. But still, he apologized n made sure i got what i wanted, n the best part? The pizza wasn’t rushed or made in a hurry, it was fresh, hot, n tasted amazing.

That kind of dedication and quality really deserves a shoutout. Thank you, Mahmood n tw2 pizza. Really appreciate the way u handled everything. Definitely worth...
