Viet Quan — Restaurant in London

Ordered for delivery. Got missing food/ part of the order. 1st time I called and ask very nicely. One of the young female staff does not know what to do, asked me to come and collect the missing item myself without an apology. Some guy in the back even shouted: “Told him it doesn’t come with sauce”. “Bảo nó là không có nước chấm”. I was very disappointed if this is how staff are trained to do basic customer service but I let it go. The last time, I even left a note to the restaurant asking them not to forget and yet it still happened. Gave them a call and another female staff ask me to order another item so that they could send the missing item back to us. This is ridiculously annoying when you are not getting what you paid for and forced to buy more to get back what you are supposed to have. Also ordered to the office so I requested cutlery, most of the time they ignored this request on the app. I came here and ordered for delivery many times, food was alright. but because of the poor customer service I will not be...
