Walnuts Cafe Petts Wood — Restaurant in London

we went into the petts wood cafe for my younger sisters birthday and everything was going fine until after we paid for our meal. My mum paid and the lady loudly started accusing her that 2 of her daughters came in a couple months ago and did not pay, in front of everyone in the cafe. She said it was me and another sister and we are both blonde, so my mum proceeded to show her a picture on the back of her phone of all of us and said point out the one that is blonde, we all have brown or ginger hair beside my younger brother who is 10. We had previously gone here in May because my grandad had just passed away so we was taking my nan out to cheer her up which we had told the lady. The same lady made it a very unpleasant experience and was very rude throughout and our food and meals were messed up and took a very long time to come out, which we had mentioned to the servers today. That was the last time we had been to the walnuts beside yesterday and the same lady accused us of stealing a couple days after that visit. We had no plans after that to return as we was planning a funeral and she had been very rude, we was even contemplating going to petts wood walnuts yesterday. She gave us a back handed apology and would not take back her statement that we had stolen. She said it loudly so other customers and staff could hear like she was trying to humiliate and embarrass us. Our children were also present when she made this false accusation. We tried to re-enter after my mum told me what had happened to get a proper apology from her as the woman did not confront me she confronted my mum and one of the other staff stopped us from going inside and apologized on her behalf so we were unable to get her name. First time visiting and it won't be our last. The service was quick and staff was polite and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious and came out fast. Their smoothies were delicious. The atmosphere was relaxed and we felt comfortable. Very clean and well laid out. Thank you and see you again

Second time visiting and I'm not happy. The 5 star service went to under a 1 star. A small black hair was found in my beans. I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't tip the beans on to my plate. An apology was given but then I went on to wait 10minutes for a replacement. The replacement came with the wrong bread. Now I'm frustrated and attitudes have changed. I did not ask for hair in my food. Last time I will be visiting. No discount was offered.

Update I asked to speak to manager and then I got told it could have been from me and they don't appreciate swearing to the girls. I then called the girls up on it and they said I said this is ridiculous. They are now making trouble. Manager then offered £8 off the total bill but this experience was disgusting. We wanted to go to the locksbottom walnuts but there was a Que outside so we headed for petts wood instead going out of our way. We got a table straight away , but I wish we hadn’t bothered. We waited well over 20 minutes before anyone asked us any order and I had to ask the manager if we could place an order , she said she would send someone over , another 15 minutes went by and I had to get someone else’s attention. One of the girls took the order . When our drinks were eventually brought over , one was a glass of tap water , it was half filled and warm. I got up and went to the till and asked the girl (blonde stroppy waitress) for some ice, she grabbed the glass out my hand and threw a piece of ice in with her fingers. No smile, no words just plain rude. Our food order came about 20 minutes later, and it was wrong . I asked for no bacon in my wrap and it had bacon, my son asked for no salad and he got salad . Not a massive problem but when you’ve waited all that time you expect them to get the order correct . The atmosphere isn’t great and all the staff are very unfriendly.
