Welling Noodle City — Restaurant in London

Used to be good, now it's just horrible. I've been eating at this place since I moved to Welling in 2008. Suddenly, the owner sold it to a new person and I knew there will be a problem when the waitresses left because they didn't want to work under the new owner. From there, the next move was to increase the prices by 20%. The next thing was a reduction in size of the food. It got frustratingly small and all complaints felt like soaking a rock in water. Nothing changed 😡😡🤬🤬 Next was the drop in taste, the food just continued to loose taste and quality by the minute. Then came the lack of sauce, the food was served extremely dry and when I complained, the waitress rudely told me that it was my responsibility to tell them the quantity of sauce that should be in the food. When I mentioned how long I had been coming to the restaurant, the waitress told me that she didn't care, and that I shouldn't come anymore 🙄😳. And that was the breaking point when I decided that after struggling to earn a living, that there's no reason why I should spend my hard earned money in such conditions. I use to be customer of Noodle city I am so disappointed ☹️ in the service they provide now seems the passion for business and values have gone out the window which is very sad because when I first moved into bexleyheath we were pleasantly surprised this restaurant take away served hot and value portions for your money, but now takeaway or eat in, you now get very small portions and tasteless food served. Very bad service.. I would say if the passion for the business is gone you should maybe close and let a real Chinese restaurant come in Like Hing loong the one I use now. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ORDERED FOOD AND IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH IT SAID IT WAS. CALLED JUST EAT AND THEY COULDN’T REFUND ME. CALLED THE RESTAURANT AND THEY SAID THAT BECAUSE I DIDN’T CALL ON THE NIGHT THEY COULDN’T REFUND ME. I NEVER RECIEVED IT!! SOMEONE ELSE HAS THIS PROBLEM WITH THEM TOO! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
