Wenzel's the Bakers — Restaurant in London

Ever morning I come there at 7.00 am for breakfast or a pasties nothing is ready why open at 7.00 am if the food is not ready or cooked and I have to wait 20 minutes for the pasties and sauage to come out of the oven and they don't don't know how to make a bacon roll to much butter and to much sauce and the bacon and sausage is always cold and burnt the pasties have very little filling for the price I go there with my own ketchup because they don't know how to make a bacon and sausage roll and the staff are very rude they are supposed to to throw burnt food away but they sell it and write on there sheet they have thrown it away but sold it and taken the money out of the till this what your staff are doing at this wenzels branch selling food that is cold and burnt the staff are just lazy and can't be bothered to sell good food to their customers want to sell cold burnt food that's been sitting there...

I recently went in here to pick up a snack, and I could hear all the colleagues talking in their native tongue and looking back at me. That didn't seem to bother me as it was quick trip. I grabbed my change and left but could still hear them cackling. I then headed off to the post office and realised they had not given me my full change as I was short £1. I headed back and confronted them I was short and 'coincidently' they knew it was £1 and handed it back to me. Very suspicious it seems as though hypothetically they wanted to make a bet to see if I would notice. Absolutely atrocious behaviour that store colleagues enjoy playing pathetic games in their spare time that actually provide average...

Avoid this store as we were overcharged! The staff named Abbas did not know what he was doing. He couldn’t even make a simple tea! Even the manager named Mehreen didn’t know how to do a simple refund and was trying to make us look like fools by saying “I don’t need your card to do a refund, it’s done on the system.” and gave us a receipt with NO mention of the refund on it or my card details and said that we’ll get a refund back to our account and tried to charge me again. Both the staff members clearly didn’t know their maths!

We would never return back to this branch of Wenzel’s and would strongly advise everyone to AVOID this branch!
