I am writing this review to express my concerns about the PFC shop, which appears to be overcharging customers for their meals. The staff lacks a welcoming demeanour, and their treatment of customers is quite unacceptable, often making them feel disrespected. They are so unwilling to accommodate requests for extra chili sauce or tissues that it reflects poorly on their customer service, which I found to be the worst I have ever experienced.

The chicken and hot wings were disappointing; the chicken pieces were not properly cleaned, with visible hairs present. I urge someone to report this establishment to the food and safety standards agency in Newham Council.

While the chicken was crispy and coated in spices, removing the coating revealed the unsightly hairs.

I strongly advise everyone to exercise caution when dining at this unsanitary PFC shop. I question whether the chefs here are truly professionals.

The doner kebab lacked flavor, as they compensated for the small portion size with excessive ketchup, making it seem like a larger serving.

Eating the doner felt more like consuming tomatoes and ketchup than enjoying a proper meal.

I have no intention of returning to this PFC shop, as the staff at the counter were rude. This experience highlights how they deceive customers with inflated prices and subpar food.

These arrogant individuals seem to forget that their business relies on customers, who deserve both quality food and respectful treatment.

In conclusion, I will not be returning...

This is a local fried chicken-style place that also offers fresh Indian-style dishes. Have visited around 10 times in the last six months, like another reviewer mentioned the food is very good and consistent. The portions are always very generous. We normally order things like Lamb Biriani with Dhal or Lamb/Mixed Doner with fresh nan, which have always been excellent. The Naga Wings are excellent and highly recommended (if you can handle the spice/heat!). The cooking style is more Bangladeshi (as the owners are) rather than authentic Indian, but excellent nonetheless.

The location has a sort of modern clean aesthetic. There is a lovely mural painted on the wall, velvet-style booths and chairs and modern lighting. Quite different to any other PFC place that I have visited and very pleasant.

Pricing is fair for the generous portion size. The only complaint might be the occasional miscommunication due to language issues, but the owners have always been polite and tried to be helpful through any issues.

It is worth a visit if you are...

Came here for lunch after a recommendation from a friend. It's a chicken shop but to be honest that's an affair assesment as its alot better then just your average chicken shop It's nice inside clean tidy with the staff constantly cleaning up and plenty of seating space. I ordered the buttermilk chicken burger and chips which was not bad the burger wasn't the best but definitely not the worst with a great bun. I then had 5 Naga wings which were brilliant. Full of flavour, full of spice and a really good quality and also 5 normal spicy wings which were some of the best I have had for a long long time Again nice heat but not to oily and great flavour. If your in the area then give it a try you wont be disappointed, of course make sure you get a Mirinda...

Whitechapel fried chicken is a great place to come to if you want to have a quick bite. We ordered: x1 Buttermilk Chicken Burger meal x1 Fish burger meal x1 Chiciken Biriyani with chana x1 Lamb donner with Naan Buttermilk chicken was so tasty the wife couldn't thank me enough as if i cooked it myself! The Chicken Biriyani was good, however i was hugely disappointed when i discovered that there was no egg in my Biriyani. A biriyani is not complete without the egg being in there. Fish Burger Meal was good. However, it was missing the tartar sauce. Lamb donner and naan we all shared it was good also. All in all this cost us £26.47,

We three friends had doner kebab here. The kebab was tasty and affordable, but it didn’t have the authentic doner kebab taste. They fusion it. Normally they keep it cut and store them in a hot pot to save ectricity bill. Once people order, they put this cut kebab on a big iron grill, mix in some Indian spices as per request, and make it that way. So, I wouldn’t call it doner kebab; it’s more of a Bengali creation, a modified version of doner kebab. So, for authentic doner kebab taste you have to go to busy Turkish shop where they will fresh cut from the Doner kebab cone.
