Wild Bean Cafe — Restaurant in London

Absolutely lousy branch of the Wild Bean Cafe range,

Why do they promote so many nice baguettes & sandwiches but they're always out of stock when you want to order,

New menu range showing fish finger baguette, pictures & leaflet/menu shows that it's very appealing, had a big order for them today for everyone at work, they were all very excited to having the fish finger baguette after showing them the leaflet, I arrived at the branch around 12:20ish, it wasn't busy, two customers before me waiting, guess what, they had no fish finger baguette sandwiches 😡

Why promote such nice food but not deliver, this isn't the first time this branch has let me down or sandwiches & food has been out of stock 😡

They're a company tagged along with BP which is a very big company but fail to deliver all the time, very big let down 😡

Manager could only apologise & that was all, not good enough, what does he expect me to tell my work colleagues who were looking forward to a fish finger baguette!

Really, really bad, don't promote such nice food if you can't deliver!

If it ain't broke why fix it..... don't know why they made the changes to their menu in the cafe. You used to be able to pop in grab a breakfast baguette and coffee and then leave within 5mins. Now u have to wait 10mins for them to freshly cook an overpriced breakfast bap. The staff are friendly as always but now the changes mean everything will be slowed down and people waiting at the petrol pump will have to wait longer for you to move your car.

Not sure what they done to the drinks but the large coffees are majority foam. Give it a few mins and the coffee drop to 2/3rds of what it was at the start. Which is very little for the £4 u are paying.

Great store, great staff! What’s management upto? Very disappointed today when I went for my Meal deal. Always have a large cappuccino as do enjoy my coffee. Was told by staff can only have a regular coffee now with no option to upgrade. In a society riddled with high cost of living, you decide to make meal dealers pay for seperate large coffee if they want one. Not thinking about customers needs, only profiting. Very unhappy, won’t be visit anymore. There are better options out there. Your company probably doesn’t mind though. Good...
