I have no idea why this place has such high rating on Deliveroo, even my flatmate was recommending it.

I rarely leave food unfinished but this time have to throw away some of it because it was so bad.

I ordered the hot wings platter and honey mustard slaw. The slaw was ok, but the wings, all three flavours in the platter were over sauced, either too salty or too sweet. Even with the blue cheese, ranch and honey mustard dips, they only slightly neutralised the badly seasoned wings. Don’t order from here, if you really want to try it, avoid the spicy flavours, they were the worst. Overpriced as well, look for Korean fried chicken shop, your taste buds...

Again, another lack of brand standards. Sometimes Wing Stop provides marinade on the breaded chicken, some sites lack the marinade, like this one, always inconsistent.

I’m paying £16.95 plus delivery for a few bits of chicken and chips. Why is it so difficult for some staff to add the marinade which I am paying for? They act like the chicken is allergic and should come plain, I didn’t select plain! Get with the brand standards and stop wasting peoples time and money. It’s frozen chicken and chips plus some marinade, not difficult. You’re charging too much for some Icelands frozen food and then forgetting...

I have had mainly excellent orders from this place, but I echo the other review that points out the quality varies hugely depending on when you order. If you order during peak "meal" hours then you are very likely to get an truly excellent meal, all other times it can be a bit average as the food does not seem to be prepared as freshly.
