Wraps & Wings Eastcote — Restaurant in London

APRIL 2024 update: Doubt will use Wraps and wings or any other fake online restaurant they operate as. Had food poisoning after the meal. 1* now. Also trying to charge £1 for a small sachets of ketchup and mayo. Gl with that. Gl with your 10 fake online 'brands'

Dec 2023 Review: Wraps and wings are my goto for healthy grilled chicken. The food quality to price is definitely worth it. You can get a quarter chicken and free rice delivered for 10 quid. They always read the notes for online orders which makes a massive difference. Thank you!

Review update: Has massively improved since my review, quality of food matches price and the team there are very kind and attentive. They always listen to notes on online orders, which is a big thing for me, as some places just ignore them or don't bother reading. I had the burrito wrap and nachos, which I shared with my friend. I asked them to cut the burrito in half, and they even wrapped the halves separate.

Original review (2021) Way overpriced for what it is. Average food at best, burrito wrap had almost no guacamole and no refried beans at all. No sauce provided, wanted to rip us off 1 pound per small pot of sauce, when it used to be complimentary with the fries. Fries were worse than mcdonalds, and no salt was provided. Can see why they are losing more...

Wow what a waste of time and money.. there were 4 of us (wife and kids).. We ordered 2 buttermilk chicken burgers, 1 Mounty chicken burger, and 1 special house burger, cheese fries, plain fries and onion rings... Also ordered 2 waters, a root beer and cream soda... The burgers came and we were asked if we wanted the fries and drink together.. lol.. I was like so what the burger is a starter and the fries are a main dish... We said bring everything.. few mins later the sides cames but still no drinks.. kids were hungry and we were pretty much done and still no drinks so we cancelled it.. in terms of the food . Poor.. the chicken burgers were average. KFC do a better job.. and as for the house speciality burger.. dry and lifeless.. will never visit here again. Such a waste of money. And on that subject.. we asked them if they took amex to which they said they did.. we wanted to split the bill and the girl could not work out what 46 divided by 2 was... haha.. embarrassing when my kids had to hold their breath.. and then their machine would not take amex.. feels like this place has forgotten what it's like to have people eat in their establishment.. and the food is...

Never been in this area before. Quick search on google for a place to eat and decided with Wraps & Wings.

Nice little place with nice decor. Placed our orders. I ordered a Classic cheese burger with a side of rosemary fries and a portion of buffalo wings.

My order arrived almost instantly. My friend who ordered W&W signature with garlic butter fries had to wait nearly another 20-25 minutes. This was quite annoying. I started picking on my food as I didn't want to eat it cold.

Eventually his food arrived. Any new place I try, I normally go for a classic burger, as I don't want to experiment. I must say the burger was very average. The wings were very basic I've had far better buffalo wings.

Whilst sitting in there, we noticed another couple complaining about missing items. Now there was only two tables including ourselves, but at least 8 members of staff for a very small place. How they got orders wrong or forgot about a whole order amazes me.

Would I recommend this place? Only if you have a very small order, as it seems they panic when theres a...
