My Husband took me here for our monthly date night and highly recommended it, so I was really looking forward to some much needed time with just my husband, but unfortunately I was far from satisfied!

Firstly the service was practically non existent, and for a sit down restraunt that last thing I expected was to be waited on by someone who didn't greet us, strolled over in jeans and a t-shirt and just generally looked and acted as though he did not want to be there. After ordering our drinks and starters I was not happy with my "garlic mushrooms" as they were incredibly spicy, so spicy I needed a drink which had yet to arrive as the "waiter" was too busy chatting behind the bar, so I had to go up to the fridge and get it myself, at which point I was told it was coming. The rest of the evening did not get much better, the only good thing about it was that I got some alone time with my husband but it put a damper on the whole evening to be honest.

My husband was apologising and saying it's not normally like this, but for someone who's visiting this resteraunt for the first time I can honestly say I don't think I will give it another try as my pet hate is bad service! I cannot stand it, I have had much better service at McDonald's!

It's a shame as I have heard really good things but unfortunately the night I went it was not good! I begrudged my husband paying the bill. Oh and that's another thing, we only had cards on us and we're told AFTER our meal on a Friday night that the card machine was not working so my husband had to walk around Eastcote trying to find a cash machine that wasn't...

As you may have seen from my other reviews I'm not very easy to please. Particularly when it comes to Indian food. I am from a UP (Utterr Pradesh, in India) family where we take our food very seriously. Firstly let me say that the best "Indian" food is actually from Pakistan, not India and not Bangladesh. Make sure that to truly get the authentic flavour you go to an establishment where the chefs are from Pakistan. Closely followed by Afghanistan. Lahore Kebab is one such place. The grilled food, lamb kebabs, beef tikka's, chicken tikka's and lamb chops are top quality and cooked to succulent perfection. Order a mixed tarka daal ( moong, masur and split chana lentils), and a special salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, onion, olives in a balsamic and olive oil dressing) accompanied with plain (never with ghee or butter coating) naan or better tandoori roti. If you must a dry mixed sabzi (vegetable). Its a guarantee that you won't find better Indian (Pakistani) than Lahore Kebab in West London. The owner Mr. Nabeel is from a family in the Punjab, Pakistan and they have been running the other well renowned "Lahore Kebab" restaurants in London. He runs a tight ship and the service is personal. Its a busy quite comfortable and no nonsense atmosphere. Don't come for the surrounding come for the food. You will not be disappointed. Well done...

Absolutely disgusted with the owners racism towards English customers, we had few english friends in the group who were humiliated by the boss himself.

Besides, food was non edible. we have been so patient with that thinking at least we have a place that serves food late at night on Monday.

They served our main course on the table at 11.25 and at 11.30 they closed lights and asked us to leave as soon as that. ( On google, it says they close at 12). We argued why you served the mains and should have said that before serving.

Despite all these, we've paid their bill without eating our mains ( just to add that was terrible food, full of oil and no flavours at all).

He started taking pictures of our group secretly 😳

Because of all these, we were arguing with him, he called police as if we were criminals. Police came promptly, found nothing wrong was going on, told us that we should have not paid him penny.

It's a shame that this place and its owner has zero customer service and no respect for public services like police, wasted their valuable time.

Absolutely disgusting place and owner. If you want to be insulted, then visit this place. AVOID AVOID AVOID NEVER...

I've been to Lahore many times for dinner and large gatherings. I like that it's BYOB. The food is always great, though the mix grill price is a bit high, so I usually order the meat starters separately. They make some of the best lamb chops I've had, and the weekend lamb biryani is just as good. Other starters and mains we've tried have also been excellent. I appreciate that they provide complimentary salad and chutneys, unlike many other restaurants that charge for them. The service is consistently great, and the atmosphere is lively, especially with the Punjabi music playing. I highly recommend trying Lahore, but make sure to book a table in advance because it gets busy.

We ordered aloo saag and, as you can see in the picture, where's the saag? If there was any there was far too little of it; just potato and sauce as far as I could tell. I would've said that the service was good as the waiter was nice and attentive but I'm not sure of that after having him apparently confirm to me that this was aloo saag with a straight face. I found the biryani, keema naan and tandoori paratha a bit bland and expensive for the quality; the saag (or rather lack of it) was a real low point though. At least the dining area is clean and done up nicely.

On the busiest Saturday we have ever seen here, a quick chat, and it was agreed we'd go for a drink and return. Upon our return, the table was made up quickly, and our usual starters set up for us, while we chatted with friends. Chatpata salad, and onion bhajee. We ordered lamb curry, and saag poneer, with a long garlic/butter naan, simple, satisfying, and superb. At the end, we couldn't eat any more, the dishes were empty. Please don't come here, we don't need competition for tables.
