ordered with Just eat and it could be the worst Just Eat experience I have ever had I had 2 hour wait for cold inedible food!!
I ordered my food at 8:45 and I got the acceptance email at 8:52 the wait time was meant to be 45 min it was in fact almost 2 hours and to get it then it took Just eat getting involved. After I had waited an hour and 20 min I tried to contact them about the wait and after 8 attempts and ten min of the phone just ringing off I live messaged Just eat. They contacted Spring way for me and asked where the food was, I was then told that they were now cooking it, so an hour and a half after we ordered they finally started to cook but only after being chased.
In the end my food arrived just before 11 bought to me by an unbelievably rude delivery driver (just eat had already asked them to reimburse some of our money because of the wait but they had refused) when I asked about the time it took all he said was “well this happen what do you expect me to do, you have it now, you’re not the only late order today everyone is late” I explained that as they had my number they should have called explained it was going to take two hours and given me a chance to cancel or if they had more orders than they can handle stop accepting them his only response was “and why would we do that” I understand that there are sometimes problems and delays but it’s the complete lack of consideration for the customer that really annoyed me. That and the fact the when we finally got to eat the food it was all cold half of it had to be reheated, things like tempura prawns that cannot be reheated properly had to be eaten cold and one dish (the dumplings) where so cold, waterlogged and congealed that they were inedible so had to be thrown away.
All in all one of the worst meals I’ve had inedible cold food, bad service and no consideration from the staff/owners of spring way when something went wrong shows how little they care about the food the serve. To give them their due the duck and rice where nice once microwaved as like everything else that dish arrived COLD.
On a positive not Just eat handled it well and are giving me a voucher to make up for the horrific service and food I received, as Spring way refused to offer any apology or reimburse any of my pre-paid payment. The crispy 'meat' was so dry and hard that my friend almost cracked a tooth when he attempted to bite into it. Only by God's good grace was a hefty dentist bill avoided.
The random bits of green slime that were described as vegetables on the menu made the special fried rice look almost edible. The only thing special about this rice was how someone managed to make it taste quite this bad. Special indeed.
The one edible part of the meal was the 'quarter duck', which consisted of a huge bone with about 3 mouthfuls of meat attached. What kind of stunted micro-ducks are these people using?
Living in London, obviously over the years I have eaten many horrendous meals, so I would normally allow the complete lack of skill shown in the 'cooking.' of this 'food' to slide, but the fact that it took almost 2 HOURS to arrive after ordering really takes the biscuit.
In conclusion; Awful food, Awful customer service, Awful delivery times, Decent location....

The food was 1 hour late and the restaurant did not contact me once to inform me about this.I had to go out of my way to call them and ask them where the food was. when my order finally came, the food was incorrect, might i add, the food tasted like it contained chemicals in it. Rightfully so, i contacted just eat (who i ordered with). They told me to call the restaurant and ask for a refund (since i payed in cash). I proceeded to do so and the man that answered the phone was extremely RUDE and continuously attempted to argue with me. He said that the reason i was not getting a refund was my fault and that i should have brought my food back (which defeats the point of the DELIVERY service no?) maybe you should have got the order right. They refused my refund and offered completely abysmal customer service and i am deeply disturbed by the food that i have received.
