Zaza's Lebanese Cuisine Uxbridge — Restaurant in London

I recently dined at Zaza's Lebanese Cuisine with a group of friends, and we had an exceptional experience! The restaurant, located at 10 New Broadway, Uxbridge, is a gem offering authentic Lebanese flavors.

Food: We ordered a variety of dishes, and every single one was delicious. The chicken shawarma and lamb shawarma were tender and flavorful, with the perfect balance of spices. The chicken wings were crispy and juicy, and the half chicken was succulent and well-seasoned. The Chicken Taouk salad was fresh and vibrant, while the Fatouch and Tabouleh salads were refreshing and packed with herbs. The falafel portion was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

The mixed grilled platter was a highlight, offering a generous assortment of meats that were grilled to perfection. The houmous was smooth and creamy, and the houmous with shawarma added a delightful twist to the traditional dish.

Staff Behavior: The staff at Zaza's were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and provided excellent service throughout our meal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations.

Surroundings: The atmosphere at Zaza's is warm and inviting. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a cozy ambiance that enhances the dining experience. It's a great place for both casual dining and special occasions.

Went there with my family on a eat out scheme day, I was surprised at How small the restaurant was, quite small tables for family and not a lot of space so you constantly have staff rushing past you as you eat. The music was quite loud especially if your sitting near the speakers. Overall a clean looking restaurant. Ordered shawarma meals, mixed grill, chicken shawarma wrap and also a burger. The food/meat portions were quite small for the price and also lamb shawarma wasn't available which was quite disappointing. I believe that a "kebab" shop should always ensure that they have all meats available during operating hours. The mix grill was decent for the price enough for three people mainly rice and salad on it though. The wrap was very small and thin, lacked any taste and had no sauces in there and was fairly mediocre if I’m honest. The shawarma wraps in queensway are to die for, if you can replicate that then omg I would definitely come just for that. The burger was a decent size quite plain didn’t coke with sauce like it says on the menu though. The pita bread they provide with the meals is are very small and thin, The food was quite bland if I'm honest as well as the sauces however that's from my own taste palate and it might just be Lebanese cuisine in general. The salad was fresh and took up most of the plates. The best lebanese food i have ever had... Wonderful friendly and helpful staff as it was my first time with arabic food (not being a fan) & there recommendations were excellent

& now im hooked and its my new favourite place & food :)))

The food taste amazing, it was so fresh and healthy.

The place it self i: done up to very high standards & super clean down to the over all lovely design/theme/ ambience to even the uniforms of the staff

Even the bathroom is very nice spacious and well design for disabilities

The owner was nice enough to also come say hello and everyone was so accommodating, helpful which made us extra happy and comfortable

Loved the food & a special thanks to mohammad & kamal for taking such good care of us

We loved it & will be back as also the prices are so reasonable for the quality and quantity

Also all corona necessary precautions like social distancing, wiping down, floor stickers, card payments are being followed on top only 2 tables are allowed to eat in with take away boxes & disposable utensils & even that food presentation is top notch
