Zio Peppe - Pizza al Metro — Restaurant in London

I am thoroughly impressed by this new restaurant on East Finchley’s diverse high street. It is an Italian Restaurant that serves a range of items, from pizza to paninis. I personally haven’t enjoyed pizza so much in my life.

I have never recommended a restaurant more in my life to those around me. Let me not forget the lovely and kind staff that work here too. If you’re in and around Finchley, definitely pop in and grab a portion of pizza - you will not be disappointed!

Feeling too lazy to make dinner on a Sunday night? Consider this place’s takeaway. Unlike most Italian places in the neighbourhood, here they sell pizza in smaller sizes at reasonable prices, which allows you to have some fun doing mix and match and try the variety of flavours here made with authentic Italian ingredients. The staff member was amazing and showed me and my partner all the pizzas and what each contained. In the end all sounded so tasty we picked a slice of 4. This was more than enough for me and my partner. Loved how crispy the pizzas were and the ingredients all tasted fresh. Only gripe is that it would’ve been good to have some cracked black pepper and salt on them, though I know this is highly discouraged at more traditional Italian spots which this is (not tampering with the finished food, that is).
