Cafe was in a great location and easy to get to and find. After ordering I waited over 30 minutes when my friend got his 5 minutes after ordering. I then had to chase up my order twice as the first time I was given the excuse "sorry it's really busy today your food should be out in the next 5 minutes" by the waitress. 15 minutes later I chased up my order at the desk and was then told my order never went through even though I had already paid. I would have been more than happy with the wait if I were told about the problems and they had to take the order again but the wait staff didn't check up even though tables that had come in and ordered well after me had received their food. Whilst the food itself was good, there were so many issues. Firstly one of our coffees was forgotten and we had to ask to get it, then it took 45 minutes to get our breakfast, and again we had to ask because it felt like we'd been forgotten about. They weren't that busy to be taking that long, and realistically if your wait time is that long you should be telling customers there are delays. I was then brought the wrong meal which was quickly rectified but still frustrating. No check in to ask if everything was okay. I wanted another drink but since we already had to catch someone's attention multiple times for things I was uncomfortable asking yet again.
