We've been coming to Wimpy for years but especially with the arrival of our daughter about 5 years ago. The name of the restaurant has changed, but happily alot of the food seems similar and best of all the original owners are still here. Absolutely love this place and always, without fail, we go in for food and drink whenever we are in Maldon as we were today ! The food is amazingly good and cooked to perfection , the owners, chef and employees are all very polite, courteous and we are always greeted with a smile . Lovely atmosphere, and a really lovely run business

Wandered in for lunch. Very quiet (only three other tables eating). Completely ignored by waitress. She was serving another table so we waited for her to finish. When she finally appeared from the kitchen we assumed she would come and take our order, but she started clearing another...
