I don't normally write reviews but I’ve got to say this, the whole concept work on so many levels. , very authentic and tastes delicious Amazing food, the flavours were the best fresh ingredients are used and you can tell a lot of pride and passion has gone into each dish Pretty impressed I'd recommend THE RAJ at Maldon to anyone to try, you will not be disappointed or hungry!!! One of the curry and all sort of Indian food I’ve ever tasted . My whole family and I love their food and we’ve been a customers for many years as well as most of my mate . Just to mention that all food are cooked freshly by a decent respectful family as they do cook from heart. You feel like you eat at home and what a great amazing customer service if I could give more that five stars trust me I would .

The Raj was always our first choice for our curry night. We've been away for a couple of years, and our experience of our indian has not been the best to be fair. So following a 30 mile round trip we made it back to the Raj, today and just the smell alone had me salivating!! Wow this is possibly the best indian food we've ever had. There is no way we'll be going anywhere other than The Raj. Service is always fantastic and even at busy times the food is served without delay.
