Biggy's — Restaurant in Manchester

Ordered three pizzas, some wings and a burger at 6:55pm. Waited 45 minutes following tracker, gave them another 10 minutes before calling, incase it was busy (for reference I live one street away from the restraunt). Was told they only had old dough so needed to wait 15/20 minutes extra for them to start cooking it all from scratch. Why you only have old dough at 8pm, an hour after recieveing an order for 3 pizzas, on a Saturday when you open at 2:30pm and surely expect someone to order a pizza, is beyond me.. Don't understand why no one has called to tell us this problem when we first placed the order, or just asked do we want to change the three pizzas to a different menu item instead. Felt like a bull excuse tbh as no real apology or solution was offered. So treat night for the kids has ended in beans on toast... pretty anti...

Chicken and beef burger was delicious (great flavour and texture, hash brown was a great compliment!), salt and pepper chicken burrito was alright (not salt and pepper flavour as I would have expected - no onions or garlic or chilli) - not bad, but not great. Chips were not good (tasted of old oil). Overall, meals was decent but over an hour after latest estimated delivery time (expected between 7.40 and 8.10pm, arrived at 9.15pm). So sadly everything was cold when it got here. The croffle though (croissant waffle) with Nutella and ferrero rocher was absolutely divine. spent 40£ on 3x donner meat and chips and found that the portion sizes weren’t enough to even feed a child. chips were stale and yet soggy and unacceptable to eat. meat resembled something you’d find hidden behind your fridge after decades. garlic bread cheese was hard and tasted of nothing less that a slab of bread with some cheap cheese on top. the chicken was undercooked and had me questioning if it was actually chicken. managed to even mess up milkshakes. the whipped cream on top curdled and seemed as though it was about to start fermenting. took over an hour to deliver despite being located 7 minutes away. do...
