The staff are very helpful and friendly. I personally prefer the Greggs cappuccinos to other coffee shops and they are also great value for money. If you get the meal deal you save even more money. The bad points is that every time you get a pasty / sausage rolls, they are always "just warm" where in reality they are usually cold. I would recommend Greggs as a cheap quick snack place and it always seems to be busy. The doughnuts are almost as good as Krispy Kremes which are the ultimate doughnuts and they also have a great choice of biscuits and cakes for the kids.

Good food but rubbish customer service. The employee didn’t ask whether I wanted a bag for my 4 Chocolate Eclairs and my Caramel Shortbreads. Customer service needs to improve by: • asking Customers if they would like a bag • if they would, they should bag items for us Customers rather than handing over the bag and our items. • secure boxes by using stickers or tape. It wasn’t busy, but regardless whether it was busy or not, staff at Greggs Asda Eastlands should provide full service!

Very similar to other Greggs outlets, the difference here being the staff - they are just great!

Very friendly, warm and just crack on with it. There have been other outlets, the one in Wythenshawe comes immediately to mind, where you wonder if the staff are allowed to work at all; they seem to prefer standing around in groups, letting one person serve a dozen and more people.

Not so here, and a very welcome...
