Absolutely shocking member of staff called Iqra. Will not visit this store again. I made an order via the drive thru and wasn't told the total price for my drink. It was the first time I'd used a drive thru starbucks so wasn't sure of the process. There was no screen to show me the order value and the gent who took my order didn't tell me. Got to the pick up booth and was shocked that my strawberry lemonade drink was £6 for a medium drink. I said gosh that's expensive. I drove off and went back through the drive through to see the price on screen which was £5.30 for a grande drink. I ordered the medium one, so thought it would be much cheaper.

The lady who was on the booth when I went back to ask about my order was called Iqra. She had a terrible attitude. Told me that it was process that they didn't confirm drink prices at the point of order. Her whole manner was honestly disgusting. Didn't care one bit.

I said well if I was in the store and placed an order, wouldn't you tell me the price at the point of order, rather than let me collect my drink and pay and be met with a price for the first time.

She just didn't care at all. No apologies. No kindness. Nothing at all. What a very rude and ignorant individual.

She had such an horrendous attitude that I asked to speak to the manager. And was told the manager was unavailable. I suspect this was just to put me off complaining.

So I asked for a contact number and store number so I could ring in. She said there was no one else available and she didn't have any information to give me. I said well as she follows process, surely there should be a process in place for customer complaints and queries. She kept me waiting for 10 minutes in my car before returning with an email address I could write into.

No apology for the issue with the order, no apology for her attitude and no apology for keeping me waiting 10 minutes. Shocking.

Will not visit this store again. This member of staff should not be working in customer service. Such a shocking manner and attitude.

Whilst she was finding the contact number for the manager, her colleague who served me came to the window to apologise for the issue with not telling me the price of the order. I said I appreciated it. And that if only his colleague had a similar attitude I would have just been happy with a sorry about that. But instead I was met with Iqra's rudeness. It was like it was an effort for her to be friendly to a customer.

She is definatley in the wrong job!

If I ever went back in the store and she served me, I would ask for someone else.

She even tried to close the glass window on me as I was talking to her. ...

The Starbucks sits on the outer edge of an ASDA car park. There's a Drive Thru that snakes around the back. There are benches and tables outside, for about a dozen or more people, for when the weather is OK.

I went in and ordered. I initially looked at having a 5-cheese toastie and a coffee, but £5.60 for a sandwich was just a bit steep. So, I opted for the cappuccino and a fruit toast.

Service was quick and friendly. I had an issue that the noise meant I had to ask the server three times to repeat themselves when they were asking what name to put on the order, but otherwise fine.

Toast arrived quickly - evenly toasted with two packets of Lurpak butter - and the cappuccino arrived a couple of minutes later in a big mug. The food was fine. As chain coffee goes, it was ok, but nothing special (minus 1 for Food).

There's seating for, maybe 60+ people in the room, including a seat that runs an L-shape around two sides, a breakfast bar-style benth, half-a-dozen four-occupancy tables, a couple of low seated tables, and a scattering of standalone tables on the opposite side from the L-shape seat.

No fault of the staff, but the 20 or so people in there when I arrived were so evenly spread out that it felt like there wasn't space for anyone to suit! (minus 1 for Atmosphere)

Maybe three tables had litter and used cups on them and in the 45 minutes or so that I stayed someone only circulated toward the end to pick the cups, plates and rubbish up (minus 1 for Service).

They had background music on, there were a couple of tables of really noisy young women, and the spread of the remaining customers meant noise was just a little too much for my liking. As I say, I struggled to hear the server talking to me when I was standing within a metre of them (minus 1 for...

Awful experience! I believe her name was Caitlin as stated on my receipt. The girl was incredibly rude to us we ordered 3 items at the drive thru: a matcha green tea, strawberry refresher and a ham and cheese croissant. 2 cars at the drive thru including ours. We waited at the window for 5 minutes before Caitlin came over and we asked if we could add a buttered croissant onto our order and she rudely said “We’re actually quite busy” then asked us again what we wanted to add so then we paid. She then gave us the matcha green tea and the ham and cheese croissant and then proceeded to make my strawberry refresher and let it sit there for 10 minutes before another guy gave it to us. We asked the guy did caitlin put our other croissant on the order and which he replied no. Then after a few minutes he handed me a cold croissant.

We get home and tasted the matcha green tea and it was a watery disgusting mess. No surprise there the same girl that was rude to us (Caitlin) made that drink as well as the strawberry refresher which again tasted awful! Please starbucks can you train your staff better at making drinks, customer service and get her lessons in grace and decorum because her attitude stinks like the awful matcha green tea...

Casually stumbled upon this starbucks when doing my weekly groceries shopping in the asda nearby and decided to treat myself to a lovely iced coffee for the drive back home. Upon entering, I instantly noticed how fresh and clean this place looks, don't know if it's a brand new but it definitely looked like it! I got greeted by a girl and her team(Her name started with a K? ) despite the place being half empty everyone was very smiley and instantly engaged me in a small conversation asking me how my day went, they showed me the different types of coffee beans available explaining briefly each one of them. Definitely gonna come back as I'm often shopping in the Asda nearby! Props to these young people for making the difference to my coffee trip with their lovely attitude!

The Cappuccino I drank was very smooth and milky how I like it but not as Strong in flavour as a Traditional Italian Cappuccino but was worth the price. Quite nice. Così un liscio Cappuccino fantastica bere e più latteo e bel abbastanza. Antonio Futura Tiani 3574 Jacqui Lucia Ancoats/Milesplatting Nord Quartiete Piccola Italia. Cin cin. P.s. my daughter also enjoyed her Dragonfruit with lemon and lime drink.
