Kerala Curry House — Restaurant in Manchester

We have visited the Kerala Curry House in Manchester yesterday to enjoy our South Indian Cuisine. But we are disappointed. We have ordered paal Kappa and duck, paal Kappa and fish. That was not too bad, even though not able to enjoy completely because of over spices, very hot. But the beef pepper fry and the chef special chicken kidukkachi was totally disgusting. The raw taste of chilly powder was reflecting on beef fry and raw taste of masalas on chicken kidukkachi.Not able to finish the dishes, because feels heart burn even few minutes after start eating. The only delicious thing which I can recommend was beef cutlet, which was tasty and worthy. This is about food. About dining, disaster. The common dining space for all restaurants and it's not clean, lack of tables. People are coming and standing near each tables for their next position which made us uncomfortable. Tables are not much clean. There is no resources kept on dining area even to clean the tables. Even they won't provide the bill in the beginning. Without the bill, we won't get the code for accessing the toilets. Apart from all these, the most wondering fact was, they will accept the card. I have ordered biriyani and beef fry from their restaurant around 4 pm. They told it will take time and will be here around 6 pm and also charged 1 pound for each mile as delivery charge. I have agreed and waited till 06:30 pm but no call and no delivery. So called again and they told it will reach by 8 pm, again long wait. Called back 08:30 pm and told till now we haven't got our order. Then they replied somebody from thier delivery staff came here and tried to contact but not connected the call. My phone had good range and no missed call received from them. They told they will deliver it will by 20 to 25 mts but i haven't got that much patience, so i cancelled my order . so if you plan to eat anything from here order really early so if you are lucky you will get at the time you wanted.
