KFC — Restaurant in Manchester

I usually buy from this place and have no issues with them when we go via drive through but I have to say now that we have ordered via Uber Eats, they have really ripped us off! Firstly we ordered four prices of original recipe chicken and instead they gave us four hot wings. Next we ordered two filet tower box meals with 1 x chicken each. The burger filet wasn’t even KFC chicken. It was a fake meat. Like flat out cardboard that had no flavour to it. We both got the same issues. We couldn’t believe it! We felt like they ran to Aldi and gave us packet chicken because it tasted awful! They think we can’t tell! Yes we bloody can! The food was in edible!! The one peice of chicken they gave us both a small chicken wing! Does this even constitute as chicken for your box meals? Cheap buggers! I was so disappointed we made a complaint on Uber Eats and lucky we got our money back! So is this what I’m meant to expect from KFC going forward! If you buy a branch in the KFC Franchise, why don’t you be proud of what you are serving and set some high Standards for yourselves? Because the poor quality cheap digs and badly cooked food shows there is true problems coming from this branch and it either needs to be sold off to new owners who care or the entire staff needs to reapply for their jobs under new management! I don’t know what happened to their quality but in my eyes they went from a 9 out of 10 to a 2 out of 10, in a few years! I will never order from Heaton Chapple KFC again after this! You don’t deserve customers if you’re going to cheat us on our orders! I highly recommend people steer clear of this KFC at Heaton Chapel if anyone is reading this! I've been a loyal customer at this KFC for the past two years, and my recent experiences have been quite disappointing. Over the last four visits, I've encountered various issues that have left me dissatisfied.

Firstly, the quality of the food has declined significantly. On one occasion, the food was overcooked and dry, which was quite disappointing. However, it's not just the food; the customer service has also deteriorated. It seems like many of the old, friendly staff members have left, and now, I often encounter sad and unprofessional faces. There also appears to be some internal politics among the staff, which affects the overall atmosphere.

One incident that stood out was when I tried to make a payment to one of the female staff members while a male staff person was standing behind her. She abruptly moved away, stating that she wouldn't touch the till in his presence, leaving me in an awkward situation.

Today marks the fourth consecutive disappointing visit. I ordered one thing but was handed something entirely different. It's incredibly frustrating as I consider myself a polite and considerate person. I always show enthusiasm and appreciation towards those who serve me food, but in return, I receive what can only be described as "zombie-like" looks from the staff. They don't even make eye contact when handing over food at the drive-through.
