Food was ill-prepared. I had to ask them to remake it as my wrap.wss shoved into the box and it shred. My baby had wet through and when my husband knocked on the disabled toilet, there was no 6 it was locked so presumed it might just be locked. When he asked a staff member. The staff member had knocked on the door again and told my husband someone had replied. So he patiently waited but after 10 minutes maybe longer, I checked with a different member of staff about the toilets and she said they're locked and the person with a key is outside so I'll have to wait for them to come in... I don't know who this person was so I just had to ask any staff member that came in. Eventually the same staff member who originally said he heard someone, went to check again and found that he had unlock the door.... there was no one in there from the start. Meanwhile whilst all this is going on. I'm still waiting for my wrap to be re made. I took my oldest son (4) to the toilet and they were disgusting. They weren't clean and the sinks were dirty too. By this point I just wanted to eat cause the kids were hungry and get out. Once I received my wrap, after having to ask 2 more members of staff where it was, I joined my family. Whilst sat there, we had to listen to some tween kids swearing and shouting at eachother. The staff member who was stood next to them said nothing....my husband had to, twice. Overall, horrible experience and won't go back again... I'd keep driving to the next mc d's if you needed...

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received. My experience was deeply disappointing and raises concerns about the quality of customer service at this branch.
I placed my order and received a ticket with the number displayed on the screen. After 15 minutes, my ticket number vanished from the display without any announcement or instruction to collect my order. I approached a staff member to inquire about my order, but he went to the kitchen and started chatting with his colleague, completely ignoring my request. He did not check my order status or provide any assistance.
After waiting an additional 5 minutes, a different staff member, a lady, approached. I informed her that I had been waiting for over 20 minutes. She went inside and brought my order, but did not offer any apology for the delay. The indifferent attitude of the staff felt dismissive and, frankly, made me feel unwelcome.
The lack of basic courtesy and the lengthy delay in receiving my order, without any explanation or apology, suggest a serious issue with customer service training at this location. Additionally, the dismissive and seemingly indifferent behavior of the staff gave an impression of racial bias, which is deeply concerning.

Read moreAbsolutely shocking I'm so angry. After a 13 hour shift I thought I'd order something quick before I went to bed as I'm up at 5 am and the order took about an hour. When I opened it (for me and my daughter) what food we did receive was completely wrong i.e chicken burger we said no mayo and there was mayo two cheeseburger I asked no pickles and guess what there was green slim pickle on so none of the burgers was eaten as the pickle leaves a vile taste we also ordered 20 chicken nuggets and only got six didn't get any dips that we paid for chips was missing so was a muffin. I phoned and spoke to a young girl who claimed to be the manager and was told she couldn't do anything about it but she will have a word with her staff. These idiots need to be aware by putting things on like mayo could potentially kill someone if they have a food allergy. They also need to learn how to read and learn how to count. I got a halfhearted apology which is not good enough. I will be taking matters further. They also said I have go through deliveroo for a refund as they could not replace my order. We only got £7 back from a £23 order. Needless to say I will be going in on Friday for the food they owe me. My advice is to stay clear of this place.
