This store is comme ci comme ca. The security guard stares at you as you walk in okay I have my work badge on but hey I could hold up the store as soon as I walk in! I usually go in after work so 5.40pm, I do have a long commute home so I just wana get in and out. Poor management and lack of staff on tills is letting this store down. Long queues is not good because shoppers can not get to produce. And realistically shopping should be a quick swift process especially during these trying times. The shelves are already fully stacked when I get there so can't comment on this. There's two short, very loud, unapproachable women working nearly all the time I'm shopping. They just look busy and tell people to move to other tills with their headset on but they aren't actually helping anyone. I understand its a very stressful job. I work in a very stressful environment too however the customers should never know this. Smile ladies when you are barking at customers especially the elderly who just want to be treated with respect and enjoy their shopping experience from start to finish.
I've been in a few morrisons. My favourite store is the blackburn store it has everything you can possibly want. The store is clean, staff are very helpful and shelves are always fully stocked but I never see any staff in my way when I am shopping.
All morrisons staff need to visit this store and get training from the all team members. And morrisons as a whole need to make every store like the blackburn one. It is a shoppers dream...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live in Chorlton and for the last month i have spent everyday wasting my time going to your store for the fish selection 48 pack cat food to find its never got any on the shelf. you can only fit 4 boxes of it on the shelf. What i find diabolical and incompetent is the fact either end of the isle you have detritus you cant sell. ie doormats and other stuff that's just sitting there like an ornament i have complain every time to the never ending managers to be told nothing but lies and told untruths as to why the shelves are empty on the cat food isle. And to be promised by staff it will be there the next day. you have more than 1000 customers a day that come through your door so why are you hell bent in only putting 4 boxes of it on the shelf and never replacing it, even though you have cameras pointing at it telling you its empty and needs restocking. i suggest you use the beginning and the end of the isle as a shelving for the larger boxes of cat food and it will fly out the door. your shops has gone down the pan. i am not the only customer thats complained about the laziness of your managers'. please do something regarding the problem with the cat food, otherwise i will go viral so people don't use your store.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe size of this store means you are highly likely to find most things on your shopping list. As supermarket prices go, this is mid range. The fresh produce is always good quality and there's a huge range to choose from. The fresh fish counter is particularly good, although my first choice for fish and seafood is always Out of the Blue on Wilbraham Road. There are frequently special offers on across the entire range of products in Morrison's, so it's worth watching out for those. Their collection of growing plants for your garden is pretty good too; with the plants generally being of a high standard. The store is particularly busy at tea time due to its location immediately next to the Chorlton Metrolink tram station, making it a popular stopping place for commuters on their way home from work. For drivers there's a very big car park. Additional features include a photo booth, kids ride-on toy, recycling bank, bench on which to repack your bag, Amazon pick up point, and a Coinstar machine for getting rid of the collections of shrapnel from the bottom of your purse. There's also a free-to-use cash machine inside the store, located next...
