The Pizzeria — Restaurant in Manchester

This is the second time using this Pizzaria and I must say it's a really quality genuine pizza you get. The delivery times vary (never ever unreasonable) and happily deliver locally free of charge and the dough is great, thin style, filling and perfectly done REAL pizza, not your local kebab grease pie with half an inch of grease in a quarter inch of dodgey dough half cooked but this is the real thing. Some of the best most fresh flavourful toppings I think I have ever had. Garlic bread I's awesome rectangular affair with loads of flavour. Very reasonable prices and 11" perfect for one person but if you need a good top up get a large 14" and you surely wont be disappointed. A 11" and 14" and a garlic bread EASILY feeds two people with a large appetite with leftovers, and you will want leftovers to get a second helping of that fresh tasting pizza pie, enjoy! OMG. It is very very rare I leave a review, let alone straight after a meal.. the pizza was UNBELIEVABLE. The base is probably the best I have ever tasted on a takeaway pizza in Manchester. Texture, Taste and perfectly cooked. You could tell how freshly made the sauce was too.. flavoursome and tasty (not synthetic and run of the mill). you can literally tell in every bite.. divine!. We had to wait 30 mins from initial order (we are local so this isn’t a problem at all and believe me this is not a criticism whatsoever) this actually tells me how busy and well regarded they must be already. I can’t praise this phenomenal new local eatery enough.. chicken wings were exquisite too.. again, freshly made and very tasty. You will not be disappointed. I was excited to try The Pizzeria due to its reputation. However, using Deliveroo, I ordered at 19:20 and the estimated delivery was 19:50. I received the order at 20:45 (I later found out that the shop was only 4 mins drive away. When I called them at 20:05, they didn't even made the pizza yet. I was patient and understanding, even when the delivery driver (one of The Pizzeria's own staff) was rude, making me feel like I was the one working for customer service, I mean the audacity. The pizza smelled delicious and looked great until I picked it up and it was super soggy. As if it was cooked in a microwave. I'd be surprised that they produce pizzas the same way, as they have a great reputation. Unfortunately, I won't be able to find out as I am not spending more money for them after...
