Cutting Room — Restaurant in Melton

I wanted to watch a football game on Sky, I checked their website and it displayed 3 games. I went early to ensure the game was on. When I arrived the big screen was displaying the game I wanted to see so I got a drink and settled down. Not long after another customer came in and asked for a different game. I told the staff member I was already watching this game. She came back and said that the other was more popular and asked me to move to a booth where I could watch my game. I was not happy about this but accepted the decision and moved. My wife joined me shortly after and we ordered meals and further drinks. Towards the end of the game channels were changed so that incoming customers could watch the Rugby. I was already watching my game and missed the last 15 minutes and 2 goals. The way the lady spoke to me was so patronising it was unbelievable. She said my game wasn't advertised, she obviously didn't check the website. I was there before the newcomers and to change channels before a game is finished is a disgraceful way to treat a paying customer. I for one will never set foot in the...

Really wanted to give them the benefit of the dount so gave them a second chance... this time, I visited with my partner and my brother; only one meal of the order was correct (ordered 2 x Bacon cheese Burgers, one with twisted fries, one with regular fries, no salad on either along with a club sandwich).

What arrived was a Chicken Burger with Bacon, Cheese and salad - a Tandoori Beef Burger which was basically a plain burger with a bit of a pompadour crushed onto it - and a club sandwich which looked like it had seen better days; when we told the waitress that the order was wrong, she pointed at the "ticket" on the screen, and said "well that's what went through to the kitchen" - to which I responded, "but that isn't what we ordered?" - she shrugged and said there wasn't anything she could do.

Tried to find an email address online to complain to but there doesn't seem to be one.

My friend had been once before and said it was nice. I ordered the double coated chicken burger with the mac and cheese and chips, reasonable price but they hadn't put the mac and cheese on, I am diabetic and needed to eat but she had to take my plate back to the kitchen. The chicken burgers were thin and very greasy I could only eat half of it, along with the taste of the bbq sauce which was a very strange taste was not very nice. The chips were ok but I would describe them as fries rather than chips. They also didn't send out the salad with the mac and cheese main we ordered so had to wait for that, the beef burger was OK to my friend but she also did not like the bbq sauce. There was also one of the staff members walking around with a hammer hammering a couple of the table numbers back in, which in my opinion should be done when no one is eating in.
