RUBBISH! Honestly the worst experience i’ve ever had. We booked a private dining fir 7:45 and instead of telling us the real reason why the room is not available after booking over 3 weeks in advance. They kept saying we need to ask as manager.

After speaking to the manager they said it was needed as there were guest who were niquabi which was fine but why make excuses for 30 minutes.

I waited an hour and a half before a beverage even touched my throat after asking multiple times for jugs of water whilst we were waiting on them to make our actual drinks (mocktails) . One of the staff members even had the cheek to ask me how many jugs, I don’t know maybe enough enough to fill the whole table. I’ve been waiting for an hour and a half. It’s like they wanted me to do their job for them. Why are you asking me a simple question line?

After two hours I still have yet to receive food. The only one good thing I could say is that they at least brought out the kids food bearing mine that they were all under the age of five. But even that took an hour and a half. I arrived at the establishment at 7:45 so it’s a bit poor that the kids were eating at 9:15 .

Every time we asked where the food was it was 10 minutes 10 minutes the staff lack common sense and initiative. If you know the food is not coming out for awhile at least let us know if we’re going to be waiting over two hours bring us some complimentary chips and then the things that they did give us, which was complimentary was the drinks, that even took like I said previously an hour and a half for a jug of water . When it hit the two hour mark, then we got a cocktail out And even still some were missing.

If I’m honest, It seems as if they regard us as less than their own because they given away our private dining to people who visibly look Muslim and asian, however they did not realise they had Muslim brothers and sisters sitting on that table waiting two hours for food. It felt like discrimination, all because we weren't a majority Asian table. it’s not fair that if we’ve had a booking three weeks in advance that you’ve given it to people who have to wear a hijab or niqab without asking and then continuing to serve them better as I kept seeing drinks and food flowing through the private dining door even though I was waiting and seated before them.

I’ve left hungry with no food at 10:40 pm that’s a total of three hours and all I received in my time there was a glass of water and one mocktail

None of the staff were empathetic genuinely it’s a terrible place, and if you’re not Asian, I wouldn’t recommend going because you probably won’t get...

'Entree' Entered 2102hrs - Exited 2214hrs

Ordered food roughly around 2115hrs, drinks came out 15 minutes later.

We wanted something quick so just went for burgers and salmon. Food ordered : 1 x onyx burger, 1 x cheese philly sandwich and 1 x grilled salmon.

We could see other irate customers sitting around us getting anxious about their food. By 2205hrs no sign of our food leading us to be very anxious, we asked waitress who said wait another 25 minutes at which point we got up to leave (we didnt want our food rushed and they were closing at 11), the quality of the food would have been compromised the rate they were going. Spoke to the barman (and without checking with kitchen) said wait another 5 minutes 😬. Suprised the barman said that straight after waitress said 25 minutes. Clearly something was wrong with their operations as they came across very disorganised.

Menu items price point - high Service - poor Operations- poor Senior manager - nowhere to be seen, presence unknown

Do feel mislead tonight, when ordering our lemonades we asked waitress which lemonade they have, waitress said Sprite or Schweppes but wasnt sure, she asked barman and came back saying Schweppes (which is what we wanted). Subsequently two were ordered. Upon leaving we could see the beverage dispenser buttons labelled with sprite logo alongside separate buttons for coke and fanta variants etc.. I do doubt we were served schweppes. We paid for our three drinks and left. To be fair, front of house did apologise to us, but the operations of this restaurant just didn't meet our expectations and it really is a shame we couldn't sample their food.

We only came after seeing majority of reviews as positive, our encounter was however obviously negative. Looking closer at some of these positive reviews they could be 'paid reviews' as some reviewers seem to be fresh google accounts and reviews seem to be basic one liners but giving 5 stars all-round.

Going by the price points of its menu items I was expecting high standards of service and food. Tonight we got poor service and no food!. Had they set our expectations upon arriving we would have made a better informed decision whether to stay or not. Instead we wasted an hour n quarter in this place before going somewhere else.

Note : if you do come to this place, come early allowing time for delays in being served your food well before closing time! And check the lead time with them upon arrival, you shouldn't have to, but this place YOU have to apply the initiative!

Damn right they need to fix up!, don't see this restaurant staying open long...

Ok, so I had high hopes for Entree after seeing the other reviews and with them being plastered all over social media. Though, you shouldn’t believe everything you see as I tragically learnt today. The prices wouldn’t be an issue if the food was worth it but it sadly doesn’t deserve half of what you have to pay. The lamb chops were nice after being sent back to be cooked again after I asked for them to be medium well ( they were served rare) the wings were decent the spicy chips were kinda similar to farmhouse. The Mac and cheese was mushy. Despite this, the presentation was on point the flavour was seriously lacking in most dishes. The Tomahawk steak has a weird sweetness to it and also had to be sent to be cooked again. I’ve tried much better steak places Ribeye is 1000x better similar on price but well worth it. Also many of the dishes arrived at different times. There were quite a few of us and some us had finished eating by the time others food had arrived. The staff were all polite and the place is decorated quite nicely however the main thing which is the food at restaurants is unfortunately not up to par I don’t think I would go here again unless there’s a major change in standards and they actually learn how to cook, season and serve steak especially considering they call themselves a steakhouse. The mocktails were ok but definitely not worth £11.95 has much better for cheaper. The halloumi wasn’t the best quality it was served in large pieces and saltier than the Red Sea. The lamb shank needed to be shanked a bit harder as it was so raw you could hear it still making baa and mehh 🐑 sounds. The Mac and cheese was overdone which is ironic considering they didn’t bother cooking anything else for long enough. Although, it may be worth mentioning the firecracker chicken was enjoyed. Overall a huge disappointment everyone screwed at me for choosing this place for a birthday celebration.Prayers and thoughts are with this place. 🤲. Entree steakhouse please try a...
